At present I have a big problem of leaking windows…. Water coming in between the wall and window frame… the gap between wasn’t not properly sealed.
Decor is ruined and I have puddles.

Really pleased with the work done by Neo Glaze, they attended at short notice and repaired previous work that was not completed correctly.

I found them stress free, professional and punctual. Can’t thank them enough, will definitely be recommending and using again with future projects.

Neighbour had his windows done first very impressed with the way they looked so had them out for a quote.
The lead time was great, the lads turned up and worked efficiently and tidy throughout the fitting.
They told me the plan of work and was considerate and polite from start to finish. Great work from the call to the finish. Highly recommend

Yesterday managed to lock myself out the house. I called Neo glaze expecting the brush off.

They sent someone round within a few hours. My husband was on nights and I’m deaf so I was feeling anxious about trying to communicate with the guys. I needn’t have worried they took everything in their stride.

Not only did they get my front door open without damage they acknowledged that the door had dropped a bit and needed to be realigned. They did that as well.

The 2 gentleman were professional, polite and efficient. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the effort they made to communicate with me. Such amazing customer service is a rarity nowadays and they went above and beyond

I was quoted for a replacement front door. Aki was helpful and courteous. Two weeks later it was fitted. Two guys came and installed. They were polite and efficient. I love my door and would definately use this company for repeat work. Area was cleaned after...5 stars

We needed a replacement front door. I contacted Neo Glaze and they got back to me very quickly. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. On the day of installation the fitter arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard, cleaning up and removing the old door and frame as well.
We are delighted with quality of the door and the exemplary service we received and would have no problem recommending or indeed using this company again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jack from sales great helpful friendly answered every question about windows and doors with out hesitation was on the ball showing samples . The fitters were clean friendly and efficient we are very impressed. With everything our new windows and doors look amazing.

The 2 guys that came to install my bifold doors were very very polite, they cleaned up afterwards every day and the end result looks absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Neoglaze.

From start to completion my experience with Neoglaze was a plesure. After having a quotation we settled on a very good price. My request was to replace my old porch including door and roof.
The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. The site was cleared of all signs of my old falling down porch.

An excellent service provided by Tahir and his installation team from the initial call to book the quotation right through to the completion of the installation.

Tahir kept me up to date with the expected delivery time of my doors and windows and when I could expect the installation to take place.

The installation team was professional, courteous and punctual. They were always willing to answer any questions we had.

They cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old windows and doors. They made sure that they did not leave behind any debris.

I would highly recommend Neo Glaze to my family and friends.

I contacted Neoglaze on thursday 29th February I spoke to Tahir & told him I needed a job doing on my bay window cladding urgently he sent a team out the next day (Vikram & Sagar) who completed the job to an excellent standard & at a fantastic price.
Every bit of rubbish was removed upon completion.
From my initial point of contact with Tahir then the fitters I had no concerns due to their professional attitude they were all very courteous throughout the job.
My neighbour was so impressed he immediately asked the fitters to do his bay after mine was finished.
