The windows that were installed, were of a good standard, very pleased with the difference it has made and very professional. Thankyou.

One star is too much.

We ordered a door from them and 2 panels of glass. They delivered the wrong door but persuaded us to keep it.. they then sent a third party man to fit the door?????? Delivered on the back of a trailer.

A couple of months later the lock broke and we tried to call to ask for help but had nothing but shouting and abuse down the phone accusing us of tampering with the lock - why would we?

Now a year and a half later the glass has shattered(no impact!) and I don’t want to try and speak to them after the awful service they provided so we got a third party glass company in. He has advised the glass is illegal as it is not safety glass..

We had a front door fitted today and both me and my husband are really pleased with the look. Also the guys who fitted it were extremely friendly and courteous. The overall finish is better than we expected and more.The hall looks bright and the door now fits into our decor. I would definitely recommend Neo Glaze to my Friends and Family. Also big shout out to Jay the manager who has the nicest customer service skills.

Great price and customer service. The fitters were polite, efficient and hardworking. They were empathetic to my concerns for potential damage to the tiles surrounding the window in my bathroom and reassured me. Absolutely no damage was done to the tiles or any plaster around the windows. The fitters were a delight.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the windows came with vents, which I had not requested. Not a big deal though. Sales were a little pushy for someone who usually likes to take time when spending large amounts of money.
Really pleased with my new windows and door.

What a pleasure. Have recently had windows supplied and…
Have recently had windows supplied and fitted by Neo Glaze and found the price and quality excellent. The company worked around every obstacle....first heavy snow so date changed then I had hospital appointments but they were very good with that and had to change dates twice to suit me. Installation date came and the time arranged was spot on. My fitters were Tajinder and Bahar and I could not fault these guys. The were polite and respectful. They covered everywhere to protect carpets. My partner is bedbound in lounge where one of the windows was being replaced, they worked quickly and although in and out kept closings doors behind them to ensure his comfort. The way they left everything was brilliant they took every bit of rubbish and cleaned everywhere in and out. Beside the fact that I had new windows you wouldn't know they had been. I was so pleased with the finish of the brickwork outside. They took me around both inside and out to make sure I checked their work and was happy with it. I will be having more work done by this company and can highly recommend them. Give them a call for great goods and prices.

Good price. Kept to their appointment. I had 4 windows fitted and the work was done well to a good standard.

The two aspects of window replacement were both covered expertly. The window properties and options available was clearly demonstrated and explained by Steve, the Senior Sales Consultant. The installation process i.e. removal of the old windows, installation of new windows, finishing and the end of the day clean-up, which were undertaken expertly by Taj, was everything I expected.

The company replaced our front windows and door for a great price. The service they delivered in installing this was excellent, and thoroughly professional, demonstrating expertise with due skill, care and courtesy. Will happily rehire again if required in future.

Neo glaze made my window installation journey very easy. Usually, it's too much info and a higher price range than other dealers, but Neo glaze talks to the point and gives excellent deals.

Neo Glaze have done an excellent job from the initial sales call and assessment to completion of the replacement front door and panel. The boys were efficient and cleaned up scrupulously afterwards. They did not put anything into my bins but took all away with them.
I am very pleased with the quote and subsequent installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them again!
