Neon Ferry レビュー

Received a damaged neon sign with a faulty wire. Support asked for photos and documents — very inconvenient. Disappointing.

Delayed disorganized and underwhelming Overpowering music and unimpressive lights made it not worth the cost

I was really looking forward to trying out Neon Ferry, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The ferry was late, and the staff seemed disorganized. The neon lights were not as impressive as I expected, and the music was too loud. Overall, it was not worth the money.

I received my neon sign from Neon Ferry, but it was damaged and had a faulty wire. I contacted customer support, but they asked me to send photos and documentation, which was inconvenient. Disappointing experience

I ordered a custom neon sign from Neon Ferry, but it took over 3 weeks to arrive. The estimated shipping time was 7-10 business days, so i was disappointed with the delay. The sign itself was nice, but the wait was frustrating.

I'm blown away by the amazing customer service, shipping, and product quality. I'll definitely be ordering from them again

I found the whole process so easy, and the product is wonderful. It looks just like real neon and is super bright and warm.

My experience with Neon Ferry was amazing. Their customer service was incredibly responsive when I asked about shipping and manufacturing dates. I needed the sign by a specific date for a surprise birthday gift, and it arrived well before - the birthday boy absolutely loved it!

I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The sign arrived in great condition thanks to the excellent packaging. The vibrant color exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion would be to include a hanging template to make installation even easier.
