This is the first time I have participated in such training. I came to mind with chaos, and came out calm and clean like a sheet of white paper. As I expanded my eyes and ears during the training, I took all the information into myself and at the same time watched the miracles happening around me. Neo's insightful guidance, tools and practical tasks helped us, for the very first time, align the goals across the organisation and separate departments.
