Very reasonable pricing and nice quality. Not installed yet but looks good. They didnât have the initial colour I wanted in stock, so I compromised. No initial updates on delivery but once I got in contact, Jake was all over it with updating me.

After having been let down several times by another online seller I decided to give Neowall a try, helped along by their Black Friday sale.
I ordered enough product to clad the front of our new garden room.
I was very impressed with Jake who called with a query on my order and made sure I received the correct corner trims, and my order was delivered the next day after a call from the driver to tell me he would be along in about an hour.
Very impressed with the product, so placed a second order to finish my project, ordered on a Sunday evening and goods delivered on Tuesday, same driver and a phone call before delivery again.
Good, old fashioned customer service, can't beat it!

Easy process but unexpectedly long
I found the ordering process very easy and user-friendly however I was only ordering a sample box which took over three weeks to arrive, during which I received no updates etc. my project has been delayed (for other reasons) but the experience has left me concerned about the lead time if I submit the order full order through NEOWALL.

Miss leading title for products been sold
I ordered Sample boxes thinking I would get different colours in each to allow me to make an informed decision however I was given 1 colour of decking board and 1 acoustic wall panel of colours I would never personally use and was charged £3.99 for the privilege

Before submitting my review, I made sure to double-check that it wasnât an error on my partâI looked for an option to select a colour, but none was available. 6 x 4.5m composite deck with double border.
After much searching, reading reviews and ordering samples I went with Neowall. The main reason being that they did 5m lengths and were reasonably priced. I looked at Trex and a few others and I couldnât really find a significant difference only in the price⊠I found Neo wall to be modestly priced in comparison and I am very happy with the look and the finish. Once clipped down the boards are sturdy but as a point of note they need to be supported 350mm for the best result. I did snap a couple when I was cutting out for my recessed drain cover, so as a piece of advice if you are scribing one thin make sure itâs got plenty of extra support underneath and completely flat. Another note would be that it was a blisteringly hot day when it was delivered and I missed taking in a pack⊠this was as much my fault as the delivery chaps but on reflection I should have taken more time ensuring my delivery was complete⊠that aside, the delivery chap was very helpful and when I queried the missing pack the chap in the office sorted this for me quickly and was very accommodating. Iâve already got got the deck dirty and a quick woosh down with the jet wash and itâs good as new. I hope itâs durable⊠I see no reason why it wouldnât be but having only been laid a couple of weeks itâs a bit early to say. So to give a recommendation I very happy with the cost, especially in comparison to other companies, it was helpful that they do 5 meter lengths, the decking looks great and I feel the company made a good effort to see my project to completion. Both delivery chap and the chap I ordered from were helpful so itâs top marks from me and I would happily recommend them to anyone getting a composite deck.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The price of the decking is reasonable compared with others I have enquired with and it is helpful having the 5 metre sizes. Canât yet comment on the durability of the decking but I think it looks attractive. My first experience of using composite decking which I have experienced is more brittle than wood.
