About a week ago, we selected the 1-month Starter plan because we wanted to test the service first before making a long-term commitment. Although we did not complete the order at that time, our email was repeatedly flooded with pending payment invoice notifications, which already felt excessive and unprofessional.

Today, we completed the purchase, only to receive a message saying: "We have recently stopped providing monthly plans." If monthly plans are no longer available, then why is that option still being displayed on the website? That creates unnecessary confusion for customers and gives the impression that the website information is not being properly maintained.

I am using the Web Pro plan, but my experience with Nest Nepal has been disappointing.

I faced frequent downtime and high latency. Sometimes the website stops working for a few minutes without any clear reason. My account was also suspended for “high CPU usage” even though the usage was low, and no proper explanation was given.

There were also issues with cPanel, database access, and data inconsistency after server changes. I had to fix many problems myself.

Support replies were slow and mostly generic like “we will check” or “optimize your code,” without clear solutions.

Overall, the service feels unstable and not reliable for real projects. I would not recommend it.

worst, i have bought cloud hosting for a month they provided me 2gb ram as advertise after a while i website getting down i see 100% usage and i see 1gb ram only , when i create a support tciket they replied it's fault ffrom data center whoa, who don't know how these things and encapsulation works using WHM panel, atleast be guys transparent with customers

The technical expertise is just flawless and the customer service was just irrefutable. The prompt service really appreciable. The interaction part was to the point no sugercoat, short and sweet.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite renewing our domain three days before expiration, our website still went down right after the grace period ended. We made sure to renew our system on time specifically to avoid any issues during our main event — a music concert ticket sale — yet the site became unavailable at the most critical moment.

When we reported the problem, no one replied for the entire day, and we faced a major business loss. Later, they made an excuse saying, “Due to the festival, we couldn’t respond in time.” But we had renewed our system before the festival started to prevent exactly this kind of issue. Such a poor excuse from a company shows lack of responsibility and professionalism.

This kind of poor management and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when businesses rely on timely and professional support. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them with any time-sensitive or event-based operations.

The website and service the good but support can be better and main problem is that they didn't understand your problem properly need more experienced
