Using Prabhu Host for 2 Years now, the support is good, no problems regarding my plan or server. I do have a suggestion that regarding updates to server please mail us regarding it beforehand instead... もっず芋る

Resolved issue as intended

The issue was resolved as intended, and the support team was polite and helpful. The website support was a bit slow, though that may have been because I marked it as medium priority. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they responded quickly and resolved the issue as expected. Overall, a good support experience.

I recently registered my domain through this company, and I must say — they are very fast, reliable, and trustworthy. The registration process was smooth, and even though several steps are handled manually, the quick and helpful customer service more than makes up for it.
