Bought my mum a, what I thought, was a beautiful bunch of flowers only for her to send me a picture of a wilted half dead bouquet which looked nothing like the picture advertised. Spoke to customer service who said there was no problem with the bunch. Spending R1200 on a pathetic, half dead bunch of flowers will see me never using Netflorist again.

I ordered on the 8th and gave them atleast space for the 9th to have their things in order they're local that should be enough and for my package to arrive on the 10th of May and it didn't terrible communication at that reached out multiple times only info they could give me was the obvious it's coming today and by 8pm it should be there and total no show I reach out again they don't respond now as they've failed to deliver

Arrived on time but dehydrated. Flowers sagging

Shout out to Netflorist Cape Town. They got my Mother's dsy flowers and chockies from my daughter in Australia to me today....Mother's day. Pouring rain, thunder, hail......but they delivered!! Xxxx
But......I sent a picture to my daughter and she was horrified....the picture on the website and the flowers I received were very different....and 2 days later the lilies hadn't opened and all the flowers were dying...so I have to down grade my original rating....just not on!

Disappointing bouquet for that money. Service is relatively straightforward and the flowers were delivered on time, but both bouquets did not look like the photos. A lot of foliage is added to make it look bigger...

My first flower delivery experience was great it had me in tears watching my mom's reaction.
I live in Zoar 313km away from my mom Iris (78) in Strand and it's tough.
Getting irises for my mom Iris was amazing and even though it wasn't as much irises as I wanted they calculated and gave me great price automatically when I had to pay.

Still want my chocs though because that was amiss.

Experience one of the greatest no matter the short comings I look forward to a long relationship with you guys.

Keep on with this great gesture people like me appreciate the service you provide.

Plants delivered beautiful & what we ordered & telephonic delivery request adhered to in the end, but after much struggle, I deduct 2 starts: (a) website not user friendly, it doesn't allow special delivery notes; ONE order, but charged delivery fee per item, for ONE delivery & confirmation of delivery emailed, ref number doesn't match order number, with no detail in email to confirm exact order delivered. (b) call centre frustrating, had to phone 4 x to speak to someone re challenging delivery times/dates: 1st call my mom spoke to someone who was not helpful because ''she didn't place the order'' but phoned on my behalf as I was busy at work, then I called but it dropped while talking, 3rd call dropped on first ring . On 4th attempt, lady helpful & tried to assist but still could not guarantee delivery by a certain time. If a customer says they won't be home, & provides a time when they will be home, Netflorist should be willing to adhere, otherwise Netflorist have to keep trying until delivered instead of just delivering when customer requests. The only assurance we were given, is drivers supposed to phone recipient 10 minutes before they arrive, but it's not a solution, plants/flowers then sit in the back of the van & are schlepped around, if delivery attempts fail as 10 minutes not enough advance notice to schedule/confirm a delivery. Netflorist need to shape up their service considering the ludicrous prices charged for their items, service should be spectacular on all fronts!

Easy purchase process and decent pricing. It's unfortunately you can't select a timing of delivery, especially for a funeral

NetFlorst is such an amazing online store! I don't live in South Africa, but it makes ordering gifts for my loved ones, family and friends so easy! The gifts are beautiful, good quality and wholesome.

The experience was nothing short of amazing from choosing the perfect gift on the site to checking out and receiving the gift, it was seamless and easy

Quality roses, and the cake was perfect. My girlfriend was very happy with the surprise.

For almost R800, the quality of the bouquet was terrible. A total of 6 flowers is unacceptable for that price.
Delivery is fast but it doesn’t make up for the quality.

I always make the same mistake of ordering from NetFlorist hoping things will be different.

The service from Netflorist was great! The package was delivered stress-free on the day and packaged carefully. I never mind paying for a Netflorist gift when I know it will reach the recipients intact and timely.

I had an exceptional experience with Netflorist, thanks to the outstanding assistance I received from Kwali.

Given that it was a public holiday and I needed a birthday gift delivered the very next day, I was concerned about timing. I called in the hope that someone might be available, and not only was my call answered, but KWali went above and beyond to assist me. Despite a poor connection, she kindly called me back and patiently helped me select the perfect gift.

She even took the time to help me find matching slippers to go with a dressing gown we had chosen, and then completed the entire order telephonically for me. Thanks to her efficiency and care, the gift was delivered on time the next afternoon — and most importantly, it was absolutely loved!

This level of service, especially on a public holiday, is truly rare. Thank you, Kwali, for making what could have been a stressful situation so seamless and enjoyable. <3

I was able to honour a special cross border friendship🇧🇼🇿🇦 with a lovely flower gift at an affordable price . My friend and I dont meet often but this gift has formed a core memory for the both of us. Thanks making the experience effortless and impeccable
