Always good support. Have several domains and web sites with them. Also full email with outlook as the client. Eggscellent.

Promises "Unlimited" disk space for web hosting; if you use more than 40 gigs, they complain and ask you to pay an additional £50 a month.

I have been a customer of Netnerd for about twenty years and have received excellent customer support from the whole team over that time. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who requires the use of an internet service provider.

Netnerd is that hidden gem you stumble upon every now and then in life, not just an amazing host that I've never had any downtime in my years of being with them, but an absolutely, incredible support team who have patience and tolerance, and it's down to them I still have hair on my head, because I would of pulled it all out by now when I occasionally mess up my files. The latest being my .htaccess file.

I am very impressed with the technical support provided by the NetNerd staff. They are very prompt in responding - (I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes even for a minor inquiry on off-hours).
They are also very patient and thorough and often detailed explanations and instructions as appropriate if it is not an issue that they can immediately resolve from their end.

I was having wordpress performance problems and asked what was causing the high CPU usage. Although not expecting support on a Wordpress issue I got some brilliant tips that has made my site much faster. And it was on a Sunday morning. A1 service.

Amazing service - as a novice trying to work with Wordpress and a hosting company I have been absolutely amazed by the proactive, helpful and speedy responses I've had to queries. It is really unusual to get this level of support and expertise as well as amazing communication skills. Moving to NetNerd was 100% money well spent.

I recently started hosting with NetNerd for my band's website. I encountered an issue when publishing an update to the site so I raised a support ticket. The support analyst (Jimna, thank you!) replied in less than half an hour saying they're looking into it and, in less than an hour from raising the ticket, asked me to retest the issue. It was resolved. A web hosting company that resolves an issue within an hour of me raising a ticket late on a Sunday night? Just amazing. Sign me up for life!

Excellent, super fast service from the NetNerd team. I am quite sure they go above and beyond their duty as nothing is too much trouble for them. Contacted support after accidentally deleting my whole database with no backup (yes I know) Support came back within 6 minutes having restored it from their own server backup. I then asked about another issue on the same ticket and this was sorted just as fast.
This is one of the best support services I have ever used, been with this company well over 20 years and the response is always polite, fast and detailed.
Highly recommend them.
