I've had several queries dealt with recently by the amazing NetNerd support team. Their response time is excellent and their explanations of what I need to do to fix my problems are exemplary. I'm not particularly 'techie' and I couldn't wish for better support. Thank you. If only all organisations were like this.

Absolutely fantastic service! The team understood "SAfrican" and published the new website with ease.

We had an issue where a couple of people were unable to access any of our sites today. I posted a ticket which was picked up by Ashitha and in minutes one person was able to access the sites, the other took longer as they were away and unable to provide an IP address.When they returned and gave me the IP address I supplied it and Ashitha was able to restore their access. Both addresses are now whitelisted.

I've just read the most recent reviews and couldn't agree more with the sentiments expressed. For sure, tech issues arise from time-to-time. I probably get one every year or so. Netnerd have never let me down. Issues are resolved promptly. Thanks Ashitha for today's excellent service .....

I have been with netnerd for around 10 years with all of my sites. It is honestly the best value you will find and no downtime. They don't offer phone service, but they go above and beyond in the messenger requests. I have worked with others in the past, and their customer service is for sure the best. They get back to you generally within 15 mins and are SO PATIENT even if you are not able to understand what to do. I can't recommend them high enough.

I’ve been a Netnerd user for a number of years, and on the few occasions I’ve needed tech support they’ve always responded in minutes and fixed any tech issues way before my web designer has even had a chance to read his emails! I can’t recommend highly enough!
