Setting up a website with NetNerd has been a great experience. The pricing options are very competitive as well. Recently I had trouble uploading my website files to my new domain through my web software. So I opened a support ticket and uploaded the screen grabs of the errors I was getting. within 5 mins! I had the answer from Ralph at NetNerd. This is a brilliant service.

I'm fine when it comes to the basics of stuff like Wordpress, but if I have to do anything that is remotely technical, my brain sort of freezes up. The NetNerd team have repeatedly given me brilliant technical support to actually allow me to do the things I want to do, including creating a staging area for my new website, and helping me replace the old one. I so appreciate it, thank you!

I have been using Net Nerd since 2016 for web hosting. I now have 3 sites hosted with them, and I plan to host more with them moving forward. The support from all of the team is always brilliant. It's great having very knowledgeable people that are just a phone call or a ticket away. Sam always goes the extra mile to help. Nothing is too much trouble

Great service from Rizwan, response and solution within the hour. this was after 5.30pm as well and I was expecting a next-day response.

During covid lockdown many suppliers appear to have reduced their customer care services, this is not the case here.

I have been using NetNerd since 2016 for web hosting. I now have 4 sites hosted with them, and I plan to host more with them moving forward. The support from Ralph and Sam is always amazing. I couldn't access email, my website or cpanel. I was able to raise a ticket via the NetNerd portal and within a few minutes, emails started to download into my inbox, and I found I could access my website and cpanel again. I had an email explaining what had caused the issue and what actions I could take to avoid a recurrence
My only criticism is around phone use. Initially, I tried to reach support via the phone number on the NetNerd website - having sat on hold for 15 minutes, I was cut off. When I logged a ticket, despite leaving my phone number, I was told staff couldn't ring me back as this is not a service offered. Fortunately, my issue was quickly resolved but without access to email there was no way for support staff to reach me. This is not a reflection on the support staff themselves who have been fast & efficient and are clearly knowledgeable, but on the systems in place at NetNerd.

NetNerd technical help is second to none. They respond quickly and always get things sorted out. Wish there were more people providing such service!
