These guys are amazing! Have used them for years for all my hosting etc. You can actually speak to people on the phone who actually know what they are talking about and always resolve issues really quickly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Have 3 websites running on their servers and use some other facilities such as phplist. Have always found them reliable and helpful when needed. When I have hit problems they have always sorted out my problem promptly and with no fuss. A very helpful and friendly team.

I have been with this company for a number of years, I don't have a bad word to say about them. Customer service is superb and any issues I've had ( due to me deleting a file or messing up customization to my site) have been resolved within a matter of minutes. I have not noticed any downtime on the servers.

Have been with NetNerd since 2011 (called themselves FreeVirtualServers back then) and can't faulty the service and support that they have provided. I have had little need for technical support but when I have needed it responses have always been quick, polite and helpful. Recent infrastructure improvements they have carried out have had a very positive effect on the speed of my website. I have always found their prices to be very competitive, especially as an SSL certificate is included with my hosting package, which is often an expensive extra with other providers. Would highly recommend.

The online technical service, can't provide the access details. The user interface is confusing, and the technical guides do not work.

I have been with NetNerd for several years and I can't praise them enough. The service is excellent and the support is second to none. The staff are always friendly and helpful (and very patient!) and any problems I've had have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

I've been with NetNerd (and it's previous name FreeVirtualServers) for several years now. I very rarely need to contact their tech support, which of course is a very good thing! But on the occasions have had had to, I always get very quick responses.

I opened a ticket for Technical Support and in a few minutes the team had resolved my problem.
They remotely enabled the SSL option so when I published my website using the Weebly website builder, my site became secure; I didn't need to do anything!

I lost access to the back-end of my WordPress site. I submitted a ticket and within half an hour the issue was fixed and my access restored. Excellent service

Quickly figured out how to implement an A record on another platform so my WordPress site would come up under that URL and helped me through it.. super helpful as always!

Price is very reasonalble for the service and fantastic support. I can't fault the support at all - very quick responses.
