Purchased a 20v hedge trimmer with pole extensions.
Only used it a few times when the Lithium Battery stopped working. I paid an electrician to test it and he confirmed the battery was the issue. Contacted NETTA by e-mail and they said the item had been discontinued so could not get a replacement battery. No help what so ever, even though I was willing to purchase a new one or similar. I also mentioned that this was still being advertised for sale by NETTA and Amazon,
They could not be bothered to reply.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Knife sets is beautifully encased and knives are extremely sharp ..
Would definitely rate them 100%.

Great product and quick dispatch and delivery no complaints

Purchased NETTA 16 Inch Metal Pedestal Floor Fan, Chrome Standing Fan With 5 Blades on from Amazon which has now stopped working after only 13 months. Would start if you span the blades by hand, but not unless. Bought this fan to replace an old fan I had for 20yr plus & was still working fine. Contacted Netta only to be told it was out of warranty & they couldn`t help!I wouldn`t mind so much but the fan had only been used for less than 6 months maximum as had been in the cupboard for the winter months. Will never buy Netta again!

Do not buy anything expensive from this company! I bought an air conditioning unit. They have a 1 year warranty, which is kinda pointless because this is an item you'll use for a few weeks in the summer, so by the time it breaks, it's out of warranty. They DO NOT do out of warranty repairs. I would have been fine paying for repair if they would do one, but nope. If your product breaks, which is will, you will need to find an independent air-conditioning repair service.

It also took me days to actually contact customer services. I emailed. I submitted forms via their website. I phoned them 8 times, and left messages. I eventually got to speak to an actual human being. Who informed me I was out of luck and, while she obviously didn't use these terms, now own a very expensive brick.

Shocking Customer Service, order placed & paid for 18/6/26, to date still not received, numerous emails sent, numerous online forms completed on their website, numerous voicemails left as they never answer the phone no matter what time of day you seem to call them, no tracking information, that's my money gone.

I ordered 2 garden parasols via the B&Q website on Wed am, which stated I would receive them next day delivery. Thursday went by no delivery. I checked tracking parcel force & they didn't confirm any delivery times. Friday, it said would deliver between 7.30am & 12.35pm, nothing received. I waited at home until 3.45pm when I had to leave collect kids. Said delivery was attempted at 4pm ish. Had they updated their system I could have made arrangements. They said will try to deliver tomm but I have plans. I tried to update system to say leave at back door at my risk but it wouldn't update. So decided to cancel order. You cannot promise next day delivery and not deliver ! I will be complaining to B&Q also. I ordered on the basis next day, you failed !

Airfryer electrical fault just a few months after end of warranty. Electrician says it could be fixed it if I get the spare part. I trued to ask about spare part purchase by phoning 5 times, on 2 different numbers but got either message saying leave a message then that it cannot hear (even when you shout!), or no reply; Emailed, to 2 addresses, 5 times, absolutely no reply; Online form completed, also no reply. Only option now for my air fryer is to find where it can be recycled (Netta has no information on how to do that). What a waste of time, materials and resources. Presume Netta think you will buy a new one, well I wont be buying it from them!

I've had sensor bins by 4 different companies and been so frustrated with them. I got the Netta 50 litre Sensor Bin, used it for a while and it's the best one I've had. I'm happy with battery life and a top sensor means it doesn't go off when walking past. The shape is quite wide too, others I've had have been narrow and metal and difficult to get the bags out of them without tearing. I highly recommend it and it's the most reasonably priced one I've bought too, I've been spending about £30 more for a bin that isn't as user friendly. The plastic is easier to clean than metal ones and the shape means it's easier to reach inside when cleaning. Metal ones have corroded too so this is much better.
As a disabled customer this is so helpful for me. I'd never heard of the company so I wasn't sure but it beats pricier, better known brands. I got mine through Amazon but now I'm looking at the company website for other products. I often get these bins for housewarming gifts so I'll be choosing this brand for my friends too.

I was given straightforward advice as to what I should order to resolve my problem. The photo on the website was a little misleading but once I had the advice I was able to order straightaway and the item arrived safely, and well packaged, a few days later.

Faulty product been several weeks ive returned it and still no refund

Delivery slower than expected but part arrived as ordered and as expected

Now people criticise Chinese companies, but i purchased a hifi item from Amazon which dropped price significantly after delivery, and they refunded the difference. Netta. No way. Air con fan reduced by £15 on delivery day and its hard luck. Makes you wonder what kind of after sales service you are likely to get since they are so mean. No customer focus or forward thinking about a future purchases. So beware

I bought one a while ago and do quite a bit of gardening - the minichainsaw in particular really speeds things up and this is a great product. I just bought a spare 20V battery to extend working time with it. It's also very easy to clean and put back together again, which is a proper time-saver..

Worse company I have at to deal with .had a knife block delivered with no knives. I have messaged and messaged but I have the same photo of the parcels being delivered. Yes I have had the parcel broken box but the knives were missing .
