Worst payment company in uae 🇦🇪. They deduct handover payment every transaction and after that not sort out your issue . They even not pick call. I suggest u not to take any services by this foolish company. Use another platform but not suggest this scam company. Be safe future merchants.

They are fraud
Please do not take the services from them.
We took one machine and every day they are charging extra and we dont have option to take back our money.

I am Abdul Haseeb, CEO of Drive Easy Car Rental LLC. A network company has been holding my payment for the past four months. There is no proper organization or management in this company. A person named Saad Sajid is involved; he makes promises daily but does not answer calls. I believe I have been misled, and I am very concerned about this situation.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Incredibly slow, unhelpful staff, and a complete lack of care. I will not be returning.

Worse Merchant service provider on earth!! They keep charging insurance amount on the machine even though I repeatedly instructed by mail not to charge the insurance amount or any other charges.. 14 months behind them and every month they keep charging.. never ever use them

Worst service ever. They were very fast when charging for their service, but could not activate my account for more than 2 weeks. After endless correspondence cancelled the process and hope they would return the activation fee.

Upgrade on the status - after another 2 weeks - no reply on my complain to them and my request to refund the money they charged ... If you want to loose your money and get no service - this company is the best for it

I contacted Network for the payment gateway. Then Padmanaabhan Chandrasekaran contacted me and guided me through the process. He told me to pay setup fees. In 7 days, they will set up the account. After payment is done, they asked me to sign the document electronically and send it back. After that, they told me to print the contract and then put a stamp on it and send it.

They wasted one week in this. After that, they told me we can't onboard you and we will refund you the setup fees. After that, it's been over 20 days. They have not refunded me. I contacted them on email; not getting any response from them. And Padmanaabhan Chandrasekaran - he was connected with me on WhatsApp - he does reply but keeps taking time, saying the team is working on the refund and blah blah.

They are nothing but scammers. They just take the money from you in the name of setup fees and run.

First of all they will take a amount named "One time setup fee" so you can not stop using their service.
Once you'll pay it they will start ignoring your E-Mails and calls as well. if by mistake they will answers then they start making drama like fulfill this file (excel).
We are mentioning some of issues that we faced with this company.

1. You will face multiple issues with there E-COM payment gateway like link not working, corrupted link, refusing payments etc.

2. Their team is lazy, they don't want to respond quickly they will ignore you until You'll not start shouting in them.

3. They will not provide the statements for E-COM and POS machines as well. You have to follow-up their lazy team for 5 months.

4. they are not releasing funds on time, they do not have any fixed time to release funds.

We can write lots of issues that we have faced with them. I would like to suggest any other company instead of this useless and kind of fraudster company.

Do not give them one time fee that is a handcuffs so you will not stop using their service.

I hope they will respond here because from 5 months we are waiting for there proper operations.

i have searched and contacted a lot of people and all have issues with them
i still don't get my money for more than 9 months from sending emails and no one cares as they scam you on purpose

Their pos broke twice in 1 month and guess what they say it takes over 2 days to fix so how client suppose to pay?
Ur irresponsible and useless.
Another thing is they don’t provide u bank statement the first 6 month.
I’m not sure who run this company but the endless issues and bad reviews people leave u and u still are this bad just wowww

I told the company a year ago that I would receive payment in foreign currency. They informed me that the rate is 2.5% and that withdrawals can be made automatically from any currency and that there will be no payment for currency conversion. Even though Dollar/Aed was 3.67, they translated it at 3.52. I realized that I made this payment of $1 from my own account and wanted to cancel it. They said that the 5000 AED they took from me in the first place would not be refunded because it was a trial transaction worth $1. When I complained later, they said they would look into it and fix it. it has been 8 months. Stay away

The staff made me pay extra money (total of 8400 AED) in order to secure the opening of my ecom account, ended up taking my money and giving me a system with a limit of 5000 AED which is useless for our company.

When I tried to get a refund, they refused and the staff is not answering my calls and emails.

Stay away from these thieves.
