Very cool high-end bag, 3 different straps, cool dark green colour.

J’ai eu un soucis avec mon sac 9 mois après mon achat . Je les ai contacter par mail 3 jours après j’avais un nouveau sac à la maison ! Le service est au top .. je recommande vraiment ! Cela devient rare de nos jours .

Mijn tas is helaas stuk gegaan maar viel nog binnen de garantie, dus ik vroeg om een gepaste tegemoetkoming; die kreeg ik! Een heel nieuwe tas opgestuurd gekregen, binnen een paar werkdagen. Heel erg blij mee want de tassen van Neuville zijn super mooi, stevig en fijn in gebruik. Aan te raden!

I bought the Gracia bag in Stone, and it's exactly as advertised and great quality. It did take a long time to ship after ordering (about 1.5 weeks), and then I had to pay an additional $21 in import duty fees to DHL after it shipped (I'm in the USA). Neuville does make it clear in their FAQ that you might be responsible for import duty fees depending on where you live, but I either missed that or forgot, so just be aware of that if you're in the USA. But they were fairly quick to respond when I had a question about my order, and I do think the bag is worth the price that I paid. I'm considering buying an Elliot bag and maybe a Maxke, as well, but I'll definitely wait for a sale.

Service client extrêmement lent, expérience très décevante.

J'ai acheté un sac le 17 juin, et il m'a fallu attendre jusqu'au 27 juillet pour être enfin remboursée, soit plus de six semaines.

Entre les échanges de mails interminables, les délais de réponse à chaque fois très longs, la demande de photos multiples du produit pour organiser le retour, puis une «analyse» du dossier qui a duré plus de dix jours sans aucune nouvelle, j'ai eu l'impression que tout était fait pour ralentir le processus plutôt que pour le simplifier.

J'ai l'habitude de commander auprès d'autres grandes marques, et je n'avais jamais connu un service client aussi peu réactif et aussi peu efficace. Pour un simple retour et remboursement, six semaines d'attente n'ont vraiment aucun sens.

À éviter si vous cherchez un service après-vente rapide et fiable.

Heb ondertussen al een aantal handtassen van Neuville en vind ze allemaal stuk voor stuk geweldig! Goeie kwaliteit en met zorg ingepakt. Het zijn handtassen die ik dagelijks gebruik☺️

Received it in time, well packed. Didn't use it for the moment as it is more a fall bag for me, but it seems ok, good quality leather. I took a Maxke black and it is a little bit shorter than I imagined but it will be ok, best for my back as I often carry too much with me! 🤣.

Après seulement 1 an d'utilisation mon sac s’est déchiré au niveau de la fermeture aimantée. J’ai envoyé un mail et des photos au service client qui en réponse m’a proposé un nouveau sac. Sérieux et réaction rapide de cette belle marque
