First time customer and I managed to find a Flexi brush that was being sold for outrageous prices at 'namey' companies at a REALLY cheap price and it's exactly the same as the more expensive ones. Delivery was super fast to Melbourne and the package was will protected so my brush didn't get damaged in transit. Thanks so much!

First time customer! Free fast shipping on my order was AMAZING since i had ran out the day they came.

I ordered only Keune products and when I saw the two free samples on my order invoice, I thought "oh okay, I wonder what little sachets they'll pack" only to be very pleasantly surprised when my package arrived and they put in two small Keune products that sell on their website for $14 at the moment!

I definitely will only be ordering from Nevo from now on! The small detail to match the free samples to the ordered brand, and products I'd actually use, has won me over.

The product is very good and I will probably order it again. The courier delivery however (Aramax) was shocking. They said they couldn’t find my premises, although very straightforward. After much intervention they delivered it to a ‘delivery point’ at Cincotta. Chemist, Neutral Bay, but the shop had no record of it because they did not log it as received because the driver just left it on the counter and the shop assistant found it there today after much searching. Only delivered to the Chemist Yesterday, although I ordered it on 18th May.
Your product is very nice, so the delivery not your fault.
