Fast delivery, products exactly as described.

I would have given zero stars if possible.
I made an order online.
Two days later I received a package but it was only one item, I made a purchase of 4 items.
The one item they sent was not any of the items I ordered, it wasn't even an item listed for sale on the website.
I contacted the company and received a phone call from Dave Warren.
Dave Warren assured me that they were 100% at fault, he said that they would issue a refund for the one product of the four that they got wrong. He said my 3 other items were out on back order and asked if I needed them to be the brand that I ordered as they may have a different brand in stock, I told him I didn't need a specific brand that I just needed them to be fit for the purpose I required. He said he would check his stock and call me back. 7 days later and I had heard nothing back. I sent Dave Warren an email which he did not respond to, I phoned the company and he would not take my call, the people I did talk to said they would pass the message on to him. I have heard nothing back.
Never got a refund for the one product they messed up that he said they would refund never got an update of the other 3 items.
I have now contacted them and told them I want my goods or a refund. I will be taking this to the CCPC and will also be filing a civil suit against the company for breach of contract.

Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars. The product finally arrived and is of good quality. After our fourth email, someone even got back to us and provided information.

We placed an order for three items almost four weeks ago, mainly to meet the minimum order value. Two items were delivered, but one of them was incorrect, and the most important item hasn’t arrived at all. We’ve contacted customer service multiple times via email, but haven’t received any response or update about the missing item. At this point, we have no idea if it will ever arrive. Very poor customer experience.

Easy access and clear forward explain of core topic

The products ordered are REALLY unexpected quality. I ordered Infrared carbon crystal panels and honestly, I'm happy for choosing this heaters because I tested them with a meter (each), and the average consumption was around 260W not 400W as should be but, the heat is really great as 400W. Worth every cent.

I received no response on shipping dates after requesting twice for an update. Communication is very poor.

Delivery took a week, maybe outside your control.

Quality product bought clic and collect.
Only thing was colour I bought wasn’t available had to take black instead of white

All fine, took longer to arrive than I would have liked but I was in no rush. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered 4 meters and received 3.44m. It was just enough for my needs so didn’t contact shop and waste time for shipping back

Product was as described but delivery was late. Was told it was being delivered on a certain day, then got a notification that it was delivered but it wasn't. Called NEW and the guy said he'd check and call me.back but never did. Called again a couple of days later and was told there was some error and it would be delivered next day which it was.

It arrived late, they didn't send my order directly so I waited two days then I called them to ask about it after that they send my order, it took about whole week to get it from Dublin to Meath. They disappointed me
