LOVE the dress. Material is so flattering as well as color. Not see through. Just gorgeous

I ordred a wedding dress online.The lace detailing is absolutely stunning and the A-line fit was so flattering. It was  comfortable enough to wear all day, yet elegant for my big moment.Highly recommend.

I received so many compliments. The fit and feel of the fabric is just perfect.

We received the dress. My daughter loves the dress, nice quality, its lightweight, perfect fit, the color is so pretty. It's true the size and super soft.

I ordered a beautiful dress off their website. I received it somewhat timely, but about a week late. It was nothing like the picture appeared. The material was heavy like you would use for window curtains, not a wedding dress. Nothing fit. When I tried to do a return they would not give me a direct answer, and just kept saying that they didn't want to cost me alot of money in returning it. They also said it was tailored to my size, and that was not true. I ordered an XL, not precise measurements, but they said the tailor spent time making just for me, so they could not refund that amount, or the shipping costs. The would only agree to refund me 30% of the cost of the dress, and still would never give me an address to return it.

The dress is awesome! Customer service was great and the lady was very nice with helping customize dress to fit.

La belle taille était parfaite.  agréable à porter n'a pas l'air bon marché.

J’ai commandé une robe en Février, taille standard 36.
Le modèle, la taille, la couleur, le tissu, le perlage, la couture, rien ne va.
J’ai demandé au service client l’adresse pour retourner la robe, ils m’ont proposé 20% de remboursement et je garde la robe j’ai refusé. Ils m’ont proposé 30% j’ai refusé et j’ai encore précisé que je voulais rendre la robe. Et la, ils me disent : même si vous envoyez la robe vous serez remboursé et que 30% euros parce qu’on a des frais liés au tissu, à la couture, etc. Et en plus les frais de transport seront à votre charge. Ce site est une pure arnaque. C’est vraiment du vol. Je veux récupérer mon argent et je suis bloquée. Toujours pas de remboursement. Une robe à 170€ !!
N’achetez jamais chez eux!
