The bags might be good, but the customer service is a complete mess. I bought two bags ONLY because the promotion promised a free third — I never would’ve spent the money otherwise. Surprise: the free bag never came.

They took days to respond, fed me excuses, promised reshipping and a complimentary extra bag, then went silent for over a week. When I followed up, they sent a fake-looking tracking number that doesn’t even work.

I’m done. This feels like bait-and-switch. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, don’t run promotions. I’m tired of waiting, tired of chasing them, and tired of being told empty promises.

Bad customer service, don’t even think to buy from them . You are just wasting your time and money

I have ordered and paid. For the time I have waited I kept communicating with them but let me tell you please dont pay any kind of amount to this brand for below reason:

1- they take too long to deliver (might be month)
2- you can’t communicate with them as they have AI and very un helpful.
3- They dont ever reply to your email.

My recommendation is not to order from them as they dont even care.

This isn't a trust worthy company. They claim easy returns and exchanges which is untrue. I wasn't satisfied with the shoes they were very small and the finishing was cheap. I asked for a refund right away, they kept asking for pictures then they said the refund would take a month to process only through paypal although I paid cash. Which is very risky because what if the refund doesn't come through in a month?The return period will be over too! So I asked them to send over 2 different sizes of the same shoe to make sure I would get my size and return the other 2 shoes on the spot. They still refused although many other reputable companies would cooperate. So I was forced to take a chance and order another size although I wasn't convinced. They replied that the return period has ended which is total B.S because I have been haggling with them for a return since a month ago! Please DO NOT BUY FROM NEWBELLA THEY ARE VERY SHADY TO DEAL WITH AND THE PRODUCT QUALITY ISN'T WORTH IT!

I used the shoes twice and the stitching near the laces came loose. The product is of poor quality. I wont recommend it. Also they expect the item to be unused to return. Obviously a shoe is not meant to be used twice only. Customer service sucks. Stick to SKECHERS instead

SNB#129888 - I bought the Kelly S and I didn't like it. So I wanted to return it but I reached out w 2 emails and 1 WhatsApp message w no response.
The bags are nice and good quality for the price but be really sure you want the product before u buy it because they are not great at responding for a return.

Received correspondence to mail shoes to a US address for refund. That was almost a month ago. Have sent 2+ emails trying to get a follow up and nothing.

J'ai le sac Luna depuis 6 mois, bon comment dire... la qualité est vraiment nul pour le prix. On sait que c'est pas du cuir véritable, mais les coutures qui sautent au bout d'un mois et le cuir synthétique qui se déchire pas ouf ! Vaut mieux mettre 20 euros de plus dans un vrai sac en cuir ;)

I saw all the negative reviews and I just wanted to cut those people some slack and spread some positivity.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they shipped super fast (2 days).
The shoes came in excellent condition with nice packaging and they are as described and matched the photo on their website.

The only thing that makes people think that this is scam and sketchy is the lack of customer service and poor communication in English. It almost non existent.

I saw some people complaining about the horrible refund policy and with that poor service there’s no wonder.

They should also upgrade their website and add a cancellation option before shipping in case someone changes their mind.

Other than that, the shoes are nice and I loved how comfy they are.

My guys in Newbella, work on your CS and ditch that poor WhatsApp rep and you’re golden.

Unlike most things these days these shoes are exactly what they advertise, they are Beautiful, very comfortable &.classy looking. I bought 5 colors

Quick, functional website and checkout process. I absolutely LOVE my NewBella bag. I get so many compliments asking if it’s genuine leather. Highly recommend. I got the black smaller tote size (can’t remember name right now) but as my bag needs diversify I’ll def be purchasing from here again. Impressed with quality for price. Just get it. I had purchased and returned a total of 3 bags from other stores and returned them all because I wasn’t in love but this was such a relief. Everything I need in a work tote plus everyday errands.

Sehr freundlicher Kundenservice. Rücksendung müsste man selbst bezahlen, allerdings bietet der Kundenservice auch andere Lösungen an die vollkommen in Ordnung sind! :-)

Very bad 👎 customer service, they are suppose to refund me for the unsuitable item, but never receive any refund. I will not buy it again.
