Newbusinessfiling レビュー

Got the paperwork in a timely manner. They gave me all the information I needed to start my new business.

It was a simple process that didn’t require too much over thinking.

Update: Everything has been sorted, I got my information very quickly and am very happy with the quick turnaround. Thank you for getting back to me almost immediately and resolving the issues.

Still waiting on my Federal EIN. Received State info in no time flat. Waiting on the other paperwork as well. For $398 I could have done myself & had information in my hands almost immediately.

The speed was great. Took about a week from the day I filled out the application to the day I got my company registration documents back. So that was pretty good.

Great experience it wasn’t hard to file and everything was fast

STAY AWAY from these crooks...I Went online to renew my sos. wa. gov/ Corp. This SCAM website popped up first. I thought it looked different but figured if my Lics was renewed with the CORRECT website (not this scam one) it would not charge again. I had paid the Lics a couple weeks before online at the correct www. sos. wa. gov/ corp website-but I could not remember. So playing it safe- I logged on here (my big mistake) and paid and thought wow $150.00 thought it was $60.00. As soon as I hit the send button it hit me wrong website and so I tried to call them 2 times- NO Answer- and called the bank to report this fraud charge. I emailed them and told them to refund my $150.00 and they sent back email saying they would only refund $135.00 due to some charge and saying I used them before and cancelled. That is a big lie. I looked at my visa charges and never used them before. SO WATCH OUT for this websites. I am going to fight the additional $15 they never refunded thru my bank. I showed them they had a 100% Money back guarantee they promised and will see if they refund the whole charge. PLEASE BE WATCHFUL and stay away from NewBusiness Filing. You can do it all way faster and cheaper thru the Gov websites. Been in business for 27 yrs and never happened before.

Starting up my new business was super easy. I couldn't be more happier with my experience

Professional and quick service. They helped me get what I needed promptly

Not good communication on the result of my request

Excellent customer service and help along the way!

It was much easier to apply and process than I expected. It was also a bit less expensive than anticipated. I received my documents via email within two weeks. My only complaint is that I wanted the business to be filed using my first initial and full middle name, but it was completed with my full first name and no middle name or initial. I believe this is due to the use of my personal SSN. I will check into having it changed/corrected later.

This service is not needed. The IRS offers your EIN number for free. This is just somebody trying to make an extra buck And they do not put a disclaimer telling you that this is an optional service. You could do it on your own and not be charged.

I cannot believe how easy this has made the process! First established a business in 1996. Process was a bit cumbersome. This was easy and fast. Was up and running the following day!

Thanks so much!

About 20 years ago I had a business license and I did it myself. This time I needed it quickly and was short of time. Your site was the first on the list and I took a chance. I got my llc business license in record time and everything was professionally accomplished. Although the documents wound up in my junk mail (my error) I was able to quickly get an assistant on the phone and it was rectified. In record time I was able to get filed and be ready for whatever comes my way.
