It’s almost 4 months since MC the cavapoo arrived our home. We are truly thankful for the New Doggy team for taking care our little babe since last November. MC came fully pee pad trained and basic commands, as a first time dog owner, that really helped a lot! Their service didn’t just stop there, the team would also do follow up after his anrrival and answered all our questions in details. MC settled in around 2 weeks. So far, he is a very calm dog who loves to play with human and other dogs, and able to spend times on his own. All of our families and friends love him and say he’s a very good puppy. We are so grateful to have MC coming into our lives!

We recently got our puppy Charlie. From the first time we contacted them, NewDoggy was always there for us. Continuous support throughout the whole journey and daily updates on our puppy until the day he arrived. Everything was well organized and they keep on following up on us and on Charlie's day to day adaptation to his new home.

Excellent Dog – Outstanding Service

I got my Beagle female Biski 5 years ago from NewDoggy.com Biski came from a very good breeder, she is very well socialized and healthy. The process of getting her from Europe to Hong Kong was smooth and I was kept informed throughout the journey.

After Biski’s arrival, we are still in touch with NewDoggy and I have referred to them many of my friends who eventually also got their pups from NewDoggy and we have NewDoggy furkids gathering in HK from time to time. Our NewDoggy furkids are gorgeous and healthy, and people can immediately tell that our furkids are pure breed, look different from those bought from local pet shops. Me and my friends are happy with our furkids and we thank NewDoggy. If you would like a good bloodline and healthy puppy, I highly recommend NewDoggy.

Worst company ever. They sold us a dog with a 2nd degree luxating patella that gradually became worse. Two separate certified vets confirmed it’s a genetic disorder. I informed them about the case, and much to my shock after almost a year of having my dog, the owner offered to SEND HIM BACK and GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT DOG. Seriously, what kind of treatment is that? They treat dogs like pieces of meat and don’t care about their wellbeing. I can't even imagine what would have been done to him.

I will also add when our dog arrived, he was clearly very drugged. In the beginning I thought it was from the trip but we have taken him on several trips by plane and car, and he's always with a normal attitude. He was sloppy slow walking for 3 days after he arrived, clearly drugged as hell.



Reviewing the reviews on google and elsewhere, they all seem fake. There’s either only 1 review comments from fake bot accounts or fake “American” names.



If you try to find them on google maps, they are with a registered name “Vehb” that clearly doesn’t look like a proper business, a very shady looking street in suburbs with no signs, looks like somebody’s garage. Makes you wonder where they actually operate.

Don’t trust them. Don’t spend your money, as that’s all they care about.

Edit: the fact that they think I must be asking for a second free puppy is insane and just shows how they treat the dogs like transactional pieces of money… I sent them an entire video of my dog limping with one leg the whole time. Quoting my vet “Everyone is mistaken except the breeder.” Says all you need to know. And the so called director Geza Guncler called me only once he saw my review out of fear that his scam will be found out. After my initial feedback, he didn’t reply for weeks and only after several follow ups he finally said he “had covid”…
