They are very responsive to questions whenever I have any. They pay promptly and accurately.

I’ll note that there was a bit of turnover for a while and I wasn’t always informed who my (new) AE was.

Newor Media remains silent weeks after sending manipulated screenshots (redacted totals, mismatched deductions) that do not justify the $3,346.39 withheld. No response to demands for unredacted proof or payment.

Newor Media has sent manipulated screenshots claiming deductions justify withholding $3,346.39, but they are inconsistent and lack transparency:
- Key fields redacted while highlighting small deductions.
- AdSense screenshots do not confirm they apply to my site/account (no site name, url, or verification visible).
- Claimed totals do not match actual deductions ($3,147.45 Sept + $198.94 Oct).

My day-by-day September earnings records show revenue stable until a decline only on 28 September — no justification for deducting 91% of the month's finalized $3,444.37 revenue.

GA4 reports confirm consistent legitimate traffic (92–95% organic) throughout.

This follows misrepresentation (claiming "full payment" while sending deducted balances) and coercion (conditioning November payment on review removal).

Total still owed: $3,346.39 (September $3,147.45 + October $198.94 deducted).

I have detailed records of all dashboard changes, emails, and reports.

Helpful customer service helped me figure out my payment misunderstanding

I have been with Newor for over 3 years. They always pay. Even when I have had personal banking issues, they have adapted to help me. It is the most important thing for me.

I’ve been working with Newor Media for a few months and it's been great.

Getting started was quick and straightforward, and their support staff has been responsive and easy to work with. They’ve had new leadership in 2025, and they’ve rolled out noticeable improvements since then. CPMs are better than AdSense and continue to climb, and the reporting is clear and intuitive.

Very happy with the results so far.

Very bad customer support. I created a ticket and they just partially solved it, but they closed it anyway without checking if everything was good on my end. So I decided to open another one, it has been 4 months now and got not answers.

Had pending payments and they ignored my attempts to contact them and get the money.

1)This is so laughable!! After 2 years, you come here to post a different comment after you kept flagging my comment in 2024 multiple times on Trustpilot so it would be removed by Trustpilot?
2) "We do not pay employees publisher earnings - this statement is also incorrect, we make payments to the Paypal account on file.". No one argued about this. But, hey, you CLAIMED in your previous statement that no employee has access to edit a publisher's account details but that is 100% a lie!!! My PayPal email was added by your employee on my behalf before it was now edited months later and changed to a new PayPal email most likely owned by your employee on your regular payment date. I asked for evidence that the money was even sent to that fake email address and you couldn't provide it!!! Asked you to show me evidence that you contacted PayPal after you said you have contacted PayPal to block the money and that they responded; you couldn't provide that either. Just because you never wanted to pay in the first place, you shldnt make up weird stories!!!
3) "We have been a Google Partner for a number of years, this is incorrect."Number of years?? Like seriously? WHY THE LIES??? This theft happened in 2023 - 2 years ago! 4) You can keep lying or PAY what you owe and stop hiding behind Google!!

ORIGINAL COMMENT:
This company is now SCAM!!! Used them for years but they became SCAM last year. They said they paid to a wrong PayPal account and they can't get the money back even though they received an email not to pay because the account has been hacked. Somehow, they CLAIMED not to have received the email but received the second email referencing the previous email. Then, they responded to the last email and said they have paid as requested. As requested???? Nothing of such was requested in the email.

But, the really shady things about them:
1) They said no one can change my payment details except by having my password. But, hey, I never added my paypal email by myself right from time; an account manager did that on my behalf.
2) They claimed to have skipped my first mail but saw the second one which was telling them about the first email, then paid to a paypal account (I believe owned by one of their employees) when the email clearly said I couldn't login. Lol. How is that even possible?
3) 2 weeks and no response to my first mail, so I sent another mail. They responded about 3 days later saying I have just been paid as requested. Really? You claim to have paid and that's when you could respond??? Lol. And, I NEVER requested payment. I wrote back saying I never requested any money and guess what? They responded IMMEDIATELY (within seconds). Where was this same support weeks ago.. days ago?
4) They CLAIMED to have paid on the same day they said the PayPal email was added; the same day they had time to respond to my mail. Why wait for the payment method to be changed before responding to my mail?? Why wait for the payment method to be changed before CLAIMING to have paid??
5) According to them, they contacted PayPal about this so-called fraud. After the email telling me they have contacted PayPal, there was no other email. They ignored every other mail I sent them.
6) They are no longer on Google's partners list. You can check it out.
7) THIS IS BIGTIME FRAUD BY THEM!!!!

I've been using Newor Media as my ad partner for my website for a little over a year and it's been great. I previously used AdSense and after switching to Newor my ad revenue increased by about 60-80%. Also, their backoffice tool is very simple, straightforward, and easy to use.

I don't suggest anyone use their service. Tons of fake promises, and they are always keen to provide false information.

Been with them for a few months and they have been terrible, and I really mean it. I don't understand if people really use their services or are all of them fake.

By far the best Ad Network I worked with, such a great experience and great Ads! If you meet the minimum requirements don't hesitate to work with Newor Media, you will not regret :)

Great Ad network, Best value for your traffic, Great CPM rates, Great support and Ontime Payment.

The support is good and my payments were processed perfectly on time (NET30). I am super impressed with their CPM and the ads are mostly from Google so they are good quality

Very shady, chased us like crazy to install their ads in our ads.txt, and we did that, their support and even replies to email vanished overnight. Once we've removed their lines from our ads.txt, their emails resurfaced with more intensity than ever before. Again, very shady company, I'd be very careful with them!

Much better earnings compared to Ezoic and stronger support.

I'm extremely impressed with this company. I have never had an ad network be so attentive and responsive when we need them. Earnings are not extravagant but certainly what you would expect from a top tier network.

We have a portfolio of websites that we run with Newor Media and have been pleasantly surprised with performance. The only downside is that we can't create our own ad units, but it's a minimal issue. We highly recommend them.

I own many web properties that are monetized through ads, and have tried more than 20 ad networks in total. Newor Media is a perfect partner for USA traffic, while they still provide 100% fill for any other GEO. Their "in-view" video unit is simply the best video ad unit I've encountered. Last but not least, revenue has always been predictable (based on the traffic), and any unexpected fluctuations are 95% of the times positive.
