Nexa charged me $29.95 monthly for a membership that I didn't authorize, only for purchased a product ONE TIME ONLY. I purchased a product that " magically " fix a broken windshield of my car; but it doesn't work: after try four times, windshiel is the same: no solution. Don't waste your money buying from Nexa. Don't go in a fraudulent system that get your money with unauthorized membership. Nexa must to refund me my money.

Placed an order and didn’t feel good about it when I looked at invoice. So I contacted them 19 minutes after placing order and told to cancel order. They got back to me a few minutes later and said order had been boxed up and gone to shipping. I told them to stop shipment and credit me. Then they said I they could not because it had been shipped and I had 90 days to return. Started to look into this company and realized it was a scam. All their responses looked like they were computer generated. Did not see one review above 1 star for this company.

I original bought Nexa rust removal from the web site then found out later I could get the same stuff on Amazon for 1/3 of a price they charge. This is not the end. I begin to realize they charging my PP account every month for 29.95. I contacted them and was response with I had purchase Prime discounts (what ever that is) I never wanted this craps. Don't buy anything from this place, It's a scam.

Like so many others on this site, I purchased one of their products - a rust remover spray. It didn’t work at all. For all I know, I received a spray bottle filled with water. Oh well. What really angers me is that I then discovered that they were billing me $29.95 per month for a recurring payments that I did not authorize. This company should be avoided at all costs.

Next Commerce is a SCAM!
I purchased a product in November 2025 and was shocked to discover today that they have been debiting my account every month since for an amount of US$29.95. This ongoing payment was not authorised.
As a warning to others, be sure to read every minute detail in the Ts & Cs to be sure that you are not agreeing to an ongoing payment renewal.
Next Commerce is underhand and mercenary. Avoid any dealings with this company.

item purchased 10th Feb supposed delivery on 23rd Feb with paid priority postage .
good NEVER left China according to their tracking .
Then provided advice item was with Australian courier and on checking the tracking number provided ITEM STILL IN CHINA

This company is a scam. I bought products in good faith believing they would work as advertised, or close to. BUT THEY WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE! I bought total rubbish which was supposed to arrive via "FREE" Shipping. The shipping was charged, but admittedly I did see that on the invoice at the point of purchase, but for a few dollars I thought 'what the hell, do it'. One month later they charged my Paypal account again. FOR WHAT? I hadn't ordered anything more. Fortunately I paid with Paypal (which I recommend everyone should do). It was there that I found I had an active subscription which I definitely wasn't told about and didn't sign up for. I have asked for reimbursement. Should nothing happen, I will place it in the hands of Paypal who have helped me in the past when I have fallen foul of other scammers. My advice (and that is all it is), DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Once they got hold of my credit card details they kept deducting money monthly from my account. Now had to cancel my card to stop this and bank is investigating that as a fraud. Don't be caught

Once you give your card details to buy useless goods that DO NOT work, they steal your money.
I purchased an ice breaker they show clearing your car window in seconds. TRUST ME IT DOES NOT WORK. I ASKED TO RETURN FOR A REFUND BUT THEY SAY RETURN IT TO CHINA AND PAY THE POSTAGE, the postage is more than i paid for this useless piece of junk from USA.

Attempted to go to the Nexa website and was blocked by NordVPN due to malware at site.
I bought a bottle of rust remover and it was useless. The next month, I was billed $29.95 for a membership I did not sign up for. I caught it when they submitted a third charge and I voided it before it was processed. I called and their phone just rings and hangs up.
I got a call from them after submitting a Paypal dispute and they said they would not refund the money. After I threatened to contact the authorities, they told me they would “request” a refund. I don’t have much hope of them giving my money back so I contacted my bank.
Like so many reviews on here I too was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge !!
I purchased a product back in September 2025.
I realised a few days ago that the subscription had been coming out since October after my so called "free trial"
I purchased through PayPal so assumed it was safe..
I emailed them back and forth.. They first offered me 50% refund, then 60% refund..NO THANKS!!
My argument was that I didn't check any box and there was no evidence on my Nexa account that I had a subscription with them, I took screenshots of my original invoice and my account and asked them to tell me where it stated that I had a subscription with them, they told me that I had been sent an email explaining that I had a subscription, I had not, I asked them to resend that email,they didn't... This went back and forth for about 15 emails...I told them I would be taking it further, their response was "if you take it further we will not be able to help you, once a dispute is raised its out of their hands.. bla bla bla....
This is my last email to them
"I have reached out to you first with no resolution, now it is time to go further...
Consumer affairs will be my next call and any other international consumer body I can find, I have lots of time on my hands"
I raised a dispute with PayPal... The next email I received from them below..

I asked PayPal to pause the dispute and the funds are back in my account today...
Just goes to show you that they know what they are doing is wrong, just need to call their bluff..
