Review on my experience with Keinicia

I wanted to thank Keinicia for all her help with my account. It is rare in this day and age to find someone so knowledgeable and competent. In addition she was patient in explaining things to me and very clear. Fantastic customer service from her!

I was a Nexamp customer for about 1.5…

I was a Nexamp customer for about 1.5 years and then we moved. I couldn't just transfer my account to the new address, I had to reaply once we moved. When we reaplied, there was no effort on my part. I don't know why I had to reaply and not just transfer my account in whole.

I like the way Nexamp explains to you…

I like the way Nexamp explains to you after signing up every thing that is happening with your solar farm and what to expect. They also tell you about your credits you will receive and how to pay your bill with them. They also explain you will have more credits in summer than in the winter months. They also have Videos to watch about the solar farms

Nexamp made it easy for me to sign up and join them for solar savings! I really like the idea of part of my electric supply and 15% back on my bill is very appealing.
