Nexora Fashion Group Limited was incorporated on 12-Sep-2024 as a Private company limited by shares registered in Hong Kong. It is the parent company of Nordisk Flair (see numerous 1 star reviews here) and has a new 'branch' started Dec '25 called Ridge & Walker. I am currently in a dispute for a refund after receiving an item that was the wrong color, the wrong fabric, & the wrong size. Customer service emails are coming from all 3 names.

So I purchased 2x mental health message hoodies. With 2 x 4xl tshirts free I am a size 3xl in the uk so I ordered 2 x 4xl should have fitted. I waited over 3 weeks for them to arrive. They came today 19th February. I opened package. No t-shirts. I tried them on I couldn't get my arms in 1. It was very tight. I eventually got into it (but I couldn't breathe) as I pulled it down it stopped under my ribs. Couldn't get over my belly. I contacted them and they said. The t-shirts aren't available and I should have looked at the size chart. They also gave me an address to send back to China. Which will cost me about £20 recorded delivery i initially paid £43.91 these hoodies are to support others with mental health but the hassle I'm having with them is causing my stress and anxiety to go through the roof.

Produkten funkade inte och nu svarar de inte på mailet om man vill returnera det.

Please refrain from dealing with this broker. I
was certain my
funds were lost, but ”Qualified Legal Alliance Europe“ helped me to recover all my stolen money.

Do not buy. They don't answer you. The goods never arrived and then they produce to PayPal some documents that gets them off the hook to refund your money.

Recovery took almost a month, but I did get my funds back. Worth the patience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!! purchased 2x pairs of cargo trousers that were of very poor material and had a strong chemical smell plus it didn’t fit. tried to contact them to get a refund but havent heard back since January. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!!

It’s a huge scam
My advice- check the reviews of the websites you’re ordering from and the ones that are delivering your product
Turns out I didn’t
I ordered an expensive face serum and got some cheap pesticides instead
It’s been days and they still haven’t replied to my queries about the delivery I received
It’s fake, avoid this website at all costs!

Beställde en hårddisk skulle ta upp till 7 arbetsdagar, nu har det gått över 1 månad och fortfarande inte fått den. Väntar fortfarande, över vad jag har läst så verkar detta vara ett bluff företag. Önskar jag kunde ge minus men tyvärr ja måste jag ge en stjärna.

I ordered a product on the 7th of February 2025. I was informed that delivery will be in a few days. It is now 20 day’s since the order was placed. I am beginning to suspect that Nexora is a scam. If not their service is non existent. I’ve asked for a re- fund, but I am not holding breath. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Företaget har mer än ett namn. Skrevefter ett par shorts. Fick ett par från Kia och ej från Stockholm med helt annan utseende och storlek. När man skriver ett dussintals gånger så får man samma automatisk svar! Skickade tillbaka dem med retursedel till Nederländerna som många företag är adresserad till. De erkände Aldrig att de fick dem tillbaka. Klarna var inkopplad för att få svar. Slutade med att jag fick ändå betala klara. Skumt

Köpte en hårddisk som inte alls fungerar.

Köpte också en väska. Såg ut som en snygg läderimitation vid beställning, hem kom en plastig väska.
Retur vill dom att jag skickar till Kina!!!
Miljövänligt och bra. Den väskan får gå i soporna ochcaldrig mer Nexora.

Beställde en skinnväska. Fick en i plast. Extremt dålig kvalitet. Fick aldrig någon beställningsbekräftelse med ordernummer så nu kan jag inte returnera.
Försökte ringa numret som finns på hemsidan men lustigt nog så hade dom tekniska problem. Lurendrejeri på hög nivå. Kommer polisanmäla dem för bedrägeri. ALDRIG MER!

Handla absolut inte av Nexora. När paketet kom så uppfyllde det inte alls mina förväntningar. Jag får returnera det och stå för frakten själv, vilket framgår på hemsidan.
Men ett paket på mindre än 1 kg kostar inte så mycket, trodde jag. Det skulle till ett lager i Kina och kostar över 1000 kr! Mycket mer än värdet på innehållet.

Väntar fortfarande!! 3 veckor sedan beställning av mobiltillbehör. Kommer aldrig mer köpa av dom!
