Thank you for sharing your feedback on your migration process from Joomla to WordPress. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.

Regarding your concern about images not being transferred as media and not being set as featured images for articles on Joomla, as you mentioned, since the articles on your Joomla website do not have featured images, they will also not contain featured images when migrated to WordPress. To address this issue per your request, we would need to extract the images embedded within the content of the articles and select one to set as the featured image. This feature isn't supported by default in both Joomla and WordPress platforms, so we'll need to customize your migration tool to accomplish this. Therefore, it's considered a custom job, and according to our pricing model, you'll need to pay an additional fee for it.
