Ma commande a été débitée mais bien évidemment aucun suivi ni avancement de ma commande, j'ai tenté de les joindre plusieurs fois aucune réponse. Après 15j aucun colis, fuyez arnaque !

Commande passée , aucune confirmation par mail , compte débité , aucune nouvelle lorsqu'on contact via le site , une Arnaque tout simplement

MISE A JOUR : article reçu , avec enormement de retard , mais reçu tout de meme

So first of all the website is good and the ordering was easy. But then after a few days I really thought I got ripped off. I wrote three emails with the question about the status of my order and how long I will have to wait for shipping. I never received any answer! But then after ordering on march 5th I suddenly received a package on august 6th. To be fair I had totally forgotten about my order and I just accepted the fact I thought I got scammed. I know shipping from Thailand to Europe takes a long time but I just think the shop is poorly managed because it could be faster.

So in short:
- customer service is non existent
- shop seems to be poorly managed
- but after 4 months I received a package by my surprise
- guess you need patience and luck?

Entreprise non sérieuse.
2 débits pour une seule commande. Et commande « en cours » depuis plus d’un mois sans avancement.

Aucun retour du « service client ».

Commande payée, mais aucune trace d'elle! Pas de mail reçu, rien. Arnaque.

Ordered items 22nd sept with a 3 day delivery.
4th October no items delivered - no response to emails - telephone number never available.

Possibly a scam site or very poor management. I’ll update if I hear anything .

Bought something from them on May 2, and the order is still "processing" as of May 23. Tried to contact the seller twice, and got no response. I'm now disputing the transaction with my bank.

Update: Suspecting a scam (due to my message being completely ignored), i ended up disputing the transaction with the bank some time ago. Today (June 14th), more than a month after I ordered, I actually did receive the order.

Great, quantity, quality for a very reasonable price. delivered from Thailand in under a week!

They didn't respond to my message, and there wasn't anywhere I could read about my package's shipment process, but I received the package, much to my surprise after I had written a bad review on here.
