I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this company.

I initially purchased a single packet of capsules, however I was then charged repeatedly and sent additional products that I did not request. This was never made clear to me at the time of purchase.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to return the items to an EU warehouse at my own expense—despite the product being sent from within Australia (Laverton North, VIC). The cost of return shipping is likely to exceed the value of the product, making a refund unrealistic.

This feels extremely misleading and unfair to customers. The subscription terms were not made clear, and the returns process is unreasonable.

I have since cancelled the subscription, but I am very disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend this company.
As you can see by the reply they have made no mentions of their return policy stating you’ll have to send to the EU. I’ve already cancelled my subscription that I didn’t make., if going through Breast Cancer and having lymphoma is not enough cannot work and then to be charged for this and have this arrogant ignorance avoiding the actual issue is a disgrace. Let’s hope current affair feels different because they love stories like this.

I ordered on Christmas Day had a confirmation email with a tracking number and then heard nothing so I tried the tracking number on there website and it came up with invalid. I have sent plenty of emails and nothing completely nothing. Do not order here this is a scam.

Bought a castor oil pack. Package never came, emailed multiple times over the course of months and responses were few and very far between. When I did get responses, they were odd and seemed AI generated. Received no help whatsoever about locating my package and asked for a return. Still have not received either my money back or package. It had been 8 months. Decided to write this review because this is not okay, bad service, bad experience. Not cool guys 👎🏼.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! i ordered two pairs of ugg shoes about two months ago never received them although they said i did when i didn’t! i have been scammed over £60! i have tried reaching out 5 times after. i being polite asking to a refund and have not been answered. Its a SCAM!!!

I am an old Vanera customer. Was really unhappy. But then, they reached out and told me that the management has changed and they want another chance.
They had also recently started a subscription program for oils. I gave it a shot and honestly, best thing I have done in a while for my issues.

On time delivery, high quality, improved packaging and excellent customer service.

Fast delivery. Love the oil. Been using for 3 weeks and always see the results! I put the oil on subscription.

100% organic product and a complete natural process. But like all good things it takes time to see visible results. If you love your body and do not fear from commitment and want to get rid of constipation and bloating definitely try this.

Ordered it for my wife, she had been struggling with bloating and cramps for a long time.
It was a new thing for her at first and we were very sceptical about it. But to our surprise, she started feeling better after only using it for a few days!

The hot cold pack was a much needed add on. I also asked around about castor oil's benefits, turns out its far better than cramp meds and pain killers if used right.

The liver pack helped her with bloating, indigestion, cramps and improved here overall mood too. Its a wonder how the human body works.

I have just subscribed to the oil and plan to order a few more wraps soon.

I have been using Vanera caster oil and had this on subscription but I have tried to cancel this but their website does not want you to do that so the message everytime says try later!!
I have sent many emails but had no response. Be careful if you take on a subscription.

I received the order in a timely manner — organic castor oil and a large wrap.
However I was terribly disappointed to learn that their pads and wraps are made of some kind of synthetic fabrics — most likely polyester. Polyester is known for releasing hormone disrupting etc. compounds which will then penetrate the skin and enter the body along with the castor oil. On the website they only ever mention organic cotton, and they don't write anywhere that the pads and wraps aren't made of organic cotton. It's deceptive and dishonest, and makes on wonder if they're lying about the quality of their castor oil too.

STOP !!! DO NOT ORDER HERE !!! Never got the package I ordered and paid over 130 euros for. Been batteling via email since may, still no solution. They do not even provide an official invoice, is that even legal???

I think I got scammed! I received an email stating my order shipped on July 3rd with tracking # JY25CAA0U016405069. It shows an update till July 11th where it says "in transit to next facility at Vancouver. But no change since. I emailed the company and they responded that they will work to resolve the issue but no update since.

my order never arrived. They refuse to make good on their customer service and I lost ALL my money. This company is a scam

My payment disappeared, no confirmation email, no response to query email no phone number on website, no review link on website no chatbot, no way to reach, no response to email.!!!

I ordered the castor oil with knee wraps and received a set of cheap cutlery in a broken box covered in sticky tape - don't understand how that happened. I've only just written to them so I'll have to wait and see

A zero-star would be more acurate. Did two orders, only received one… I must have mailed ten times by now over a period of one month, they keep replying with a delivery report on which there is no signature or code from my behalf. 150 euros down the drain !!!

In the meantime I was also threatened because of this review. I kept every mail and chat ... my review is truthful.

Placed order for 77.31 on 4/23 and it is 6/11 i still have not received and have had no communication from them except we are looking into it I am reporting fraud to my bank today

I ordered May14, 25. I had not heard anything by May 31 but of course charges came through. I sent an email to customer support and they sent a generic apology (two days later) and the next day I got shipping notification with a tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking number it went to their website with vague movements. No estimated arrival date. Tracking number didn't come up as valid on other shipping sites. Called customer service on website and only got the answering machine. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company. This seller is a fraud.
