Nextdayfloors レビュー

The flooring I ordered was excellent easy to lay very nice to work with no damage to any pack highly recommended

I've placed my order, booked delivery for a date selected a week from purchase. I got the confirmation email straight away and then no further communication. When the day of delivery came my order was nowhere to be seen. I looked for a number to call, there ins't one, you can send them an email, or message them on WhatsApp and "they'll reply in 24 hours". Still waiting, wondering when my order will show up or if I've been scammed...

Horrendous customer service from the start. No communication at all. No direct phone number to contact. Pick and choose when they want to be in contact!
Still waiting to hear from a Manager.

Gave a delivery date, waited in for flooring for it to Not even be in stock. Ended up with a different floor, once My order was finally dispatched it was someone else’s order…. Left on my curb to carry in. 38 boxes.
My order eventually turned up. But I still had 38 boxes of someone else’s floor in my house with small children! This is yet to be collected as they expect me to carry all 38 boxes Outside onto the curb side, have it back on a pallet and wrapped on a busy main road.
Had to cancel a fitter 3 TIMES due to this company’s mistakes. An absolute shambles of a company, would avoid!!!!

Excellent flooring delivered on time highly recommended

Beautiful flooring which has made an enormous difference to our preschool room

Good selection of samples, fast delivery.

Next Day floors were very prompt in sending out the samples and all were very good but just not the right shade etc we were looking for. Thanks again for an excellent service.

Excellent service very quick

Smooth ordering process. Was able to select future date and get the current discount too. Which was good.

Delivery was on time. Well informed beforehand.

1 item didnt arrive with order as waiting on stock, radiator floor covers. Nothing major. Refund was back in my account within days.

Will definitely use this company again. Quality and reassurance.
Thankyou

Great samples and fast shipping
Very professional

Fast delivery of samples, great communication from company, high quality flooring, highly recommend

Great product, fast and easy delivery

Waited over 8 days before receiving samples, had to send message and they were eventually sent out. When I received them there was only one sample and I had asked for two. Won't be using the company for any purchases after this bad customer service experience

Fast efficient service. Will be ordering soon

Samples delivered promptly, and subsequent purchase delivered in perfect condition on the nominated (next) day. All very good.

Excellent communication - I knew exactly when the flooring would arrive and delivery man was really helpful. Flooring looks lovely - that’s one room down and hoping to have the whole property done with this

Great customer service from Chloe S, she has been ever so helpful and fast responding with dealing with my queries. Had a few issues at the start with delivery dates, but she has given me a lot of reassurance and communication to get the job done. Flooring received, love it! Good price and overall good experience. Thanks again Chloe :)

Quick enough to take sale but zero after care. Damaged packs on 1st order. Sent emails snd pictures with no reply. Had no choice but to order 2 further packs to get job finished. No refund given. Would not recomend using this company.

Got my flooring from here and so happy with it, best price on the market and fast delivery, will definitely be buying from this company again!
