Very happy with how swiftly the whole process is. After getting a sample I spoke to the sales team that advised me on delivery times, and what else I needed to go with the floor and in 2 days the flooring was at my house. I will say they don't take orders over the phone which they say is for data protection.

The builders have opened the boxes to let the flooring "breathe" and I had a quick look, looks fab. I can't wait for it to go down in a few days.

Superb quality products and a great selection at good value prices, delivered smoothly and with lots of advice provided to help us with our DIY install. The finished results look fantastic!

Great service from the team at Floor Warehouse. Have had my flooring down for over a year now and needed an extra box as I had some left over and wanted to do another room. They helped make sure the flooring batch matched and discounted delivery for me. Flooring is great, couldn't be happier with it.

Great service from the beginning. Emailed them queries got instant responses. Delivery was on the date specified and on time. Driver called beforehand and even helped unload. Had a bit of confusion on the size of the tubs for the wood glue ordered with the engineered flooring, but was rectified immediately with one of the sales rep coming to drop off personally.

Mark was absolutely wonderful once I had ordered, and arranged for a one-hour delivery slot, which made all the difference to me. He was ever so kind and kept me up to speed with the arrangements. Finally, Anna at Transport worked absolute magic, ensuring the delivery was right on time despite changes at the local depot. Down to the driver, who chipped in getting the tiles to the door, it couldn't have been a better experience. Very happy with my purchase, Mark from sales upgraded my delivery to next day delivery for free! This was a great help as the builder gave us the go ahead on short notice and needed it before the weekend to allow the flooring to acclimatise prior to installation. Now its been installed and I am impressed by the quality and look.

Charge for 48hr delivery slot, dont turn up and refuse to return money. Be cautious.

Very reasonably priced, my floor gets non stop compliments. It’s a bit of a showstopper and gives off a warm glow when the light hits it. I have been asked if it’s original several times and it’s been very robust in terms of a busy, messy family life and lots of furniture being moved around. Prompt and helpful replies from the staff also make me highly recommend floor warehouse.

Special thank you to Jacob for allowing me to return leftover flooring boxes well outside the 30-day limit. I had explained my project had been delayed and I had the planks fitted 2 months after receiving it. Jacob was able to make an exception and still collect the goods for a refund. Great company to work with.

Special thanks to Mark from Sales. We needed the flooring urgently, and he offered to upgrade our flooring delivery to next day for free, so instead of getting it on Monday, we got it on Friday. Amazing customer service. we have looked at the oak herringbone planks, and it looks wonderful. Can't wait to get it fitted over the weekend.
