Used next day vapes twice now and be great can't say a bad word against them 100% great will all ways use them from now on.

Reliable and trustable but secure your parcel with tracking:)

Royal Mail failed to deliver my items. Although it took a while of waiting, Nextdayvapes replaced the items with next day delivery and kept a check on the situation from start to finish. Thank you for your support.

I'm very sorry you haven't been able to get through to us on the phone our lines are very busy today.
We did reply to your ticket you created early this afternoon. As stated in our reply your order from the 25th at 6.00 pm was dispatched from us the next day (wed 26th) Royal mail 1st class is a 1-2 working day service we are very sorry the parcel is a little delayed but as you can see from the tracking we have provided it is with them and going through their system as it is still only the 3rd working day i have suggested in your ticket to wait a little longer for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel. We will keep track of your parcel and if it goes over the normal delayed time scale we can resend this for you no problem.
Again please accept our apologies on behalf of Royal Mail.

Great company. Got a refund for some juice that was out of stock but they sent me 2 bottles of a different brand for free to try

Good experience overall

Good experience overall, they liquids seem good quality and the offer was definitely worth it, the postage was on time but unfortunately couldn't be tracked with royal mail

Many thanks for your great feedback. If you require a Tracked Delivery service we do offer a tracked Royal Mail service at a slightly higher rate during checkout for reference on future orders with us.

Not next working day

Not next working day. And rather than giving an apology. I was told did you not see the message at checkout..... charged for next day, ordered on the 26th, not expecting for it to be despatched until the 27th, chase on the Saturday, only to be directed to “did you not see the message at checkout” well obviously not as I wouldn’t be chasing .... all it needed was better customer service.... will lodge a complaint with PayPal. UPDATE: it is the 31st and still not here ....

Hi Oliver, Please firstly accept our apologies for any misunderstanding in regards to our dispatch dates over the christmas period. We have advertised the current dispatch dates across the header of our website throughout the festive period and in addition to this we also provide a dispatch date in the delivery information section during checkout. Again please accept our apologies if this was misunderstood in any way. UPDATE: This was dispatched yesterday 30th Dec on a royal mail 1st class service (1-2 working days) as requested. Please give this time to arrive.

Good website and juce came next day

Good website and juce came next day. I bought the Horny Flava strawberry and a mango. Since using this liquid I have went through 4 coils as this liquid just burns after a few days of using it.

I would recommend the website just not the liquid.
