The website says Shipping to Kenya for orders above 10k is free, but the customs fee will be waiting for you on arrival. I ended up paying double the cost of goods!! 20k guys...just for clearance at customs. NEVER AGAIN! Also I’m still waiting for my package almost 4 weeks later!

Nextdirect bad products and bad customer service. Didn’t expect that brand like NEXT can also fool customers.

Wanneer ik hier niet blij mee ben geven ze 10% korting op de volgende bestelling maar ik moet eerst de bestelling plaatsen en dan pas gaan ze de 10% terugstorten..

Horrible experience. They don’t cover return fees and would have to pay 45$ to return 80$ boots. Don’t order from Canada. Customer service was unhelpful

Avoid ordering from Next at all cost! I ordered a man's belt to be delivered in Copenhagen. A few days later I get a message from Postnord that they could not find my address, and that the item was sent back to Next. Postnord didn't try to call me or leave the package in a pick-up store. I contacted the customer support straight away, who had already received the belt and refunded me. The address I had indicated was correct so the problem was between Next and Postnord. The customer support asked me to place the order again and said that this time the address was correctly put in the system. For the inconvenience they compensated 75dkk once I placed the order again. A few days later, the same happens: I am at home the whole day when Postnord says the package will be delivered, and nothing happens: at the end of the day, Postnord says the address was incorrect and the item was sent back AGAIN. I don't have time to order again before leaving on holidays. They were willing to give me a bigger compensation this time but as a discount code on the website which I will never order from again: the same will happen again and again! Don't order from this crappy website.

Almost one month of turnaround. Self return which is almost the same price as the products. They don’t mention custom duty on their website, so that’s an extra sudden surprise. Their customer care executives have no clue on statuses. I’ve received completely different feedback for my queries from different executives.

Cela va faire 2 mois que j’ai passé commande 150€ et colis jamais reçu, service client compliqué à contacter et qui vous ballade, soit disant ils reviennent vers vous car ils doivent faire une enquête, je n’ai jamais eu de nouvelle et en attendant ils ont bien encaissé l’argent et moi je n’ai pas de vêtement !

fuyez ce site , je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande, ils disent de patienter, mais au bout d'un mois le colissimo indique toujours non envoyé, j'ai du me faire rembourser par paypal, vraiment pas sérieux et pas professionnel du tout

Supersnelle levering en de producten zijn precies zoals ik verwachtte. Ik was even bang toen ik besteld had en de recensies hier op trust pilot las, maar ik heb niets te klagen.

Don’t order abroad. I ordered and paid 50% taxes.

J'ai été livré de 2 articles sur 4 commandés, on me dit qu'on va me rembourser et je reçois un mail pour le remboursement d'un article au lieu de 2 (j'avais demandé à recevoir mes 2 articles manquants, on me dit qu'après le remboursement, il faudra les recommander INCROYABLE, on me propose aussi 15% de réduction sur ma prochaine commande, mais il faut que je paye d'abord pour ensuite les appeler et obtenir cette remise, on marche sur la tête)

Im order from Turkey clothes for my baby boy 2 sets of costumes, I received an email with a link saying I need to pay the fee and provide all my passport information, take a photo of my passport and ID card, and then I can pay the fee. These two sets of suits cost €63, but the tax was calculated at €50, and all my information was included. When I ordered, there was no mention anywhere of such a cost.

I have always shoped in Next, I like the convienience of shopping online, I like the products, the prices but I do not like their Delivery Agents, Evri. Every delivery is delayed, we waited in Wed, Thurs and today and no delivery. Three days, with one of us having to stay in, sat by the window because they ring the bell and instantly walk away. There are no local drop locations, despite living in a busy town. What good is a great team when one player always punts the ball off the pitch

Forfærdelig. Postnord kunne ikke finde vores returpakke i systemet efter at det de sendte os var alt for stort. kvaliteten følte helt ens med temu og amazon, tøjet så ikke ud som på billederne, undgå dem.

Nå ja, og så hvis du i det hele taget kan returnere din pakke, skal du betale for fragt

Mange negative kommentarer omkring returnering... Hvis man ringer til deres kundesevice, får man tilsendt et returlabel til 30 kr. God kundeservice, gode vare. Jeg er glad!

Commande jamais livrée
J'ai reçu un mail (1 mois après avoir passé commande) disant que ma commande était retournée.
Pas de remboursement à ce jour.

Next Direct entered wrong address on my package so that it couldn’t be delivered and in the course of multiple emails trying to figure out why it couldn’t reach me, they denied their mistake and then LIED to me outright by claiming I had given them the wrong address and then contacted them to fix it, which they tried to do, but couldn’t. In fact, none of those last things happened. They made it all up after first denying the address was wrong until I submitted photographic proof to them. That’s when they changed their story from “it didn’t happen” to “it did happen, but it was your fault”. The incompetence is disappointing but the dishonesty is mind-blowing.

Lidt fjollet for firmaet selv at de sendte mine to items i to forskellige pakker men det rører ikke mig personligt 😅
Lækkert tøj og sengetøj og gode priser og hurtig levering.
