Really very very good.

Sam has worked for us three times: boiler installation and replacement of radiator system (re the former he also efficiently arranged for a sparkie to do his side of things); repair of old pipes; and service today. Splendid work: thorough and conscientious (we had received very shabby and perfunctory treatment before him); and a nice bloke.

Sam at nextgen was great to work with, he travelled down and put in Worcester boiler for me on one of my jobs, from start to finish he was a pleasure, a real gentlemen, I would highly recommend

We recently had plumbing work done by this company and were thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and clearly committed to delivering value. It's refreshing to deal with a company that truly puts the customer first. They explained all our options clearly and didn't push unnecessary extras. Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

Aircon Installation Scam – Delays, Excuses, and a Demand for More Money

It was the 2nd of July 2025 when I approached them for a new air conditioning installation. We agreed on the price and scheduled the installation for July 15th—two weeks from the order date. Out of nowhere, I get a call from their sales team on July 10th saying there’s a delay in receiving the hardware and they now want to push it back by another week. I strictly refused and demanded a full refund, including interest. They outright declined.

Minutes later, they conveniently call back offering an “upgrade” to a different model that’s supposedly in stock—but only if I pay an extra £200. Is this what they call professionalism?

Let’s be clear: from day one, I pleaded for an early installation, stressing how urgent it was due to the brutal summer heat. And yet, despite all the back-and-forth, now they’re hiding behind a “14 working days” refund policy. So essentially, this fraudulent company locks up your money for a month, earns interest on it, and leaves the customer in the lurch. What a scam.

We’re registered in Uk to install, repair and service central heating and plumbing systems. We DO NOT, and have never advertised anywhere for anything to do with Aircon.
Our logo is displayed boldly on our website with our name on it which is different to the company you’re reviewing.
Also I have gone through all the company’s accounts and contacts, we DO NOT seem to have any records of contact with your name at any point.
So You’re probably reviewing the wrong company.
Could you please look back on the intended company so they can address your concerns accordingly?. It’ll be unfortunate to have a company treating their customers unfairly because that’s not good for business. So we do not tolerate that at NextGen Inc Ltd

Very thorough boiler service with some very good advice.Sam is a Friendly guy who has a great knowledge on heating systems. I will use this company any time I need a job done on my heating system. Great job thanks.

Sam was great servicing my boiler. Took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. Concerned to leave the customer happy as well as getting the job done well. Really nice guy. Would recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE PACKAGE

That was a wonderful experience. I was sceptical when the sales rep first visited because i was more about getting a cheaper fit from a different company. Sam was, however polite and engaged very well to listen to our concerns and went through each one. Took time to thoroughly explain our options and what they had to offer. He took us on a journey that helped us to understand what we're paying for. Their engineers were also very professional, turned up in time, very considerate with our neighbours and cleared up everything, leaving our property, looking cleaner than before. These guys are just awesome and will always recommend. Thank you guys
