I have just completed the CMI Level 7 Certificate Coaching & Mentoring. I have coached & mentored many people over the years & Martin was really helpful when I contacted him at guiding me to the suitable qualification to support what I was doing. We had a good first meeting & I was in no doubt that I could contact NLI (and Martin) at any time. The available resources are very helpful & great backup when I had an access issue (my fault!) from Fiona.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the research and assignments & grateful to Martin for very constructive feedback & support.

I found Next Level Impact online while looking for a leadership and management course. I sent an enquiry form in and was immediately contacted by Martin, who set up a call to learn more about the courses. After the call, I settled on the CMI Level 5 Management & Leadership course.

The self-learning course worked great. I could work at my own pace and fit it into my work and travel schedule.

Martin provided regular feedback throughout the course, and he would encourage me to consider questions from different angles when I got stuck on points.

I would highly recommend Next Level Impact.

Completed a level 8 with next level impact. Before starting I was very impressed with the price and this no indication on the service you get as I have found it alot better than alot more expensive providers. Martin is always on hand to help and they are very quick at getting back to you.

I recently completed the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Professional Consulting and it was a thoroughly enjoyable, informative and useful course. The format and structure of the course is superb, and allows you to complete the assignments at your own pace and around your day job. The resource library is fantastic and provides a range of useful information to support your learning and helps develop your assessments. Martin was a great support and provided very helpful feedback during the submission process. I would recommend this course to any aspiring / practising professional consultant in any sector!.

Martin is a lovely person, very helpful through out the course, all interactions with him were very impactful. The course in general is very interesting and it allows you to have a deeper understanding of management as a whole. The resources given to us were great too.

Martin and Fiona have been excellent, responding to everything incredibly quickly.

The LMS is easy to use and there are lots of helpful resources and guidance on how best to answer questions.

Martin was a great support for my learning and his feedback was helpful to get me through when I was stuck. I could study at my own pace, which ended up being fairly quick. The course was well structured.

The online learning platform was easy to access and had good quality resources which really helped with achieving the learning objectives. The initial call with Martin to explore the online platform and his guidance on how to approach the tasks was helpful in targeting my research and work. Martin and the team at Next Level Impact were amazing from the start, I was invited to a 1 on 1 virtual meeting to be talked through the learning platform and discuss the qualification, they provided brilliant feedback to all of my submissions and even called on the phone personally to discuss the feedback to ensure full understanding and actions, I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend!

From the first contact with Next Level I have found them to be professional and informative, nothing has been too much trouble. I have always felt very supported. I cannot recommend them enough. The online portal is very easy to navigate and has many helpful resources. If you are hesitating get it touch as staff are always happy to talk through the many options available.
