I have had dealings with Sean and the team at Next Move for a number of years and always dealt with me with a high level of professionalism making all my dealings with extremely easy and a pleasant experience all around. I can’t recommend them enough

Sean has communicated incredibly promptly (even at weekends or times when he is not working) which has been so helpful during the process of renting. He is quick to problem solve. I have been really impressed with Next Move as a whole and hope to be able to use them again in the future.

We purchase some property from a elderly lady so we ask for a home disclosure witch thats is normal the realtor told us that the lady is old and can't give us a disclosure but at closing the lady was perfectly fine and with it there was nothing wrong with her besides just being elderly I don't know why you couldn't give us a disclosure but it makes me think that you were hiding something from us and that's shady Jenn Rabon that wasn't cool but we will find all the little things wrong and fix them regardless without complaints it would be nice to be told instead of searching its only right i dont understand why that's all

Had a viewing and they were so accommodating.Martin just showed me around and made sure I was comfortable in my new home.Would definitely do business with them again.

I never write reviews, especially not negative ones as there is no point in spreading negativity, but NextMove really managed to anger me on several occasions because of their complete disregard for any humanity. The worst was coming from someone called Hector, who thankfully must have left, but the main team is still extremely rude and not paying attention to tenants at all. There are some exceptions though (Vincent, Dionne) but overall it is the only company that ever managed to shock me by their complete disrespect for the people they deal with.

A bully working as a Director of Next Move estate agents. Abdul Azad is a disgusting and highly unprofessional person who will respond in the most rude way possible, be passive aggressive in dealing with your requests as a tenant and if you ever have complaints be prepared for bullying and indirect threats. I know the London market is hard to navigate but people like this don't deserve to run a business and put tenants through hell so I would advise you from personal experience to avoid at ALL COSTS dealing with Next Move. He will try to convince you that any problem at their property is "your fault" and would go as far as to say that a house with 98% measured humidity is because "tenant is not opening the windows" and not because the flat is 200 years old with no proper insulation. I never wrote a review for any agent i came across in London, even though many of them were incompetent, but this one is a hazard and is dangerous to have dealings with. I seriously believe with all complains I read online, if people would try and sue them they would be out of business soon. Please respect yourself and find another place, maybe an incompetent agency but at least one that won't bully you or pose a threat to your mental health or your inner peace. The man is disgusting and the rest of team dances to his rhythm so forget about Next Move altogether if you want to be on the safe side.

I had an offer accepted by a landlady through Next Move - they kept the flat on the market, showed it to someone the day after my acceptance, and took an offer from them too. I had asked for a few hours to go through all the paperwork with my guarantor before paying my deposit (after I've been told that my offer was accepted), but the agents called sooner than this trying to put pressure on me to pay immediately. When I asked to speak to a manager because I was upset about these violations of our agreements, the staff including the manager were manipulative and rude.

Tried to arrange a viewing. They asked me for loads of personal details, ghosted me for a bit then tried to send me to a completely different property. Complete con artists - do not trust them at all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I lived in a nice flat in Islington fully managed by Next Move for three years and it actually astounds me how each individual I dealt with there is more incompetent than the last. I have never written a review like this before but I feel compelled to warn any landlords or tenants to avoid at all costs. From management all the way through to more junior members of staff my three years in dealing with them has been a nightmare. Luckily we never had any major issues with our flat and we had the direct details of our overseas landlord who was kind and responsive when things were urgent (even though he had paid the agency to manage the flat). Where you are living/ your home in London is now more important than ever, it is not worth any minimal saving you will make if they are cheaper. Avoid.

Worst service ever! Poor management and incompetent staff

A generally very poor estate agent, very glad to be rid of them. A complete lack of humanity given to any issues we raised. We very clearly requested for a bed to be removed before we moved in, this was on all our forms. When we moved in it was still there. We were told it would be collected, which it wasn't and it sat outside our flat for weeks, when we complained they told us to arrange for it to be removed. When we moved out they asked us where the bed was...

Our deposit was late to be returned, longer than the timings given in our contract. When we complained about this we were told 'this is not in the law'.

Just two of the many shambolic instances dealing with Next Move.

We had our fair share of concerns when looking at the fees charged by NextMove, and sadly we were right: from the beginning to the end of our tenancy a few months ago in Stoke Newington, no one at the agency has ever responded to our concerns/queries, despite charging an extraordinary amount of money for their (non-existent) services. Never again!!

Abdul, Sean and colleagues managed the rental of my flat from 2011 until it's sale in 2019. That I stuck with them for eight years should say enough. Communication was always prompt, problems were dealt with and payment was never missed. I was fortunate to have very few problems during that time, which is a good sign Next Move do a good job vetting their tenants. I am happy to recommend them as good, solid local agents for landlords in the Stokey/Islington areas.

I dont understand how can all these reviews could be suggesting them. They are definitely fake! The worst agents I have ever worked with. Never work with Abdul Azad. Just google him anyway. You see what I am talking about. And again DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS. THEY ARE FAKE!! The worst company ever. WORST. I have phone recordings and emails to prove that. If you want I am more willing to forward them to anyone.

Next Move was highly recommended by several local friends and I would also highly recommend this estate agent. Everyone there was courteous, efficient and honest - real people you can trust to ease you through the stressful business of moving and get it done professionally and transparently.

From the moment I came to the office to discuss a sale of my property, the estate agents were on top of it. It was quickly listed and numerous viewing followed soon. The whole sale was wrapped up within about 3 months. Would highly recommend.

We completed sale of our flat today and the help and support from Next move was fantastic. Cant recommend them enough. From our first call when we were sussing out estate agents, Nathan and Nextmove were very upfront and honest. After calling all the rest we went back to them, they also were very reasonably priced. For the sale we got over our asking, we had issues with tenant not moving and the advice from next move was amazing. All advice given was honest, correct and volunteered freely. First time to ever sell ,so was worried but needn't have been. Would give them 6 starts if I could. Thanks Nathan and team. Best wishes, Gordon

I sent out an email to multiple property agencies to enquiry about a property valuation, Nathan was the very first one to contact me. Gentle, professional, and very considerate in his approach.
He also called a couple of hours before our appointment to let me know that he was running behind schedule and might have arrived 20 mins later. He arrived as announced and removed his shoes before even stepping through my entrance door -what a perfect visitors-!
His recommendations and suggestions were very helpful and I received my valuation letter within half an hour from the time he departed from my flat. I would have no hesitations in recommending Nathan to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional service.
