If i could give 0 stars i would. Awful service. Took money and order not delivered 3 months later. I assume this is a fraud and i will be getting my money back. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered in early September and have had no goods and no response to calls or emails. Going to try and get my money back

This is fake website they took my money and never send the item, it’s been a month now and no contact or anything yet

we have a faulty order with missing and damaged parts have rang many times no reply,
we are now emailing and chat,I hope he replies by Monday the product has a life time guarantee.

First issue - delivery took over two months with little communication, i had to chase over and over again to be given a rushed delivery.... which then caused issue number Two!!! When the fence panels were taken out of the box... one panel is damaged.. the post and brackets are twisted and 5 bolts were missing to screw into the floor. Third issue- after three weeks of emailing and calling, leaving messages and quite simply trying to contact nexus to put the damaged items right i am still waiting to get any kind of a response/action. no one has returned my calls or replied to an email. By today's consumer standards this service is shameful!!! Can someone please get in touch to resolve our issues.

tried calling before placing order to see if they had the correct amount to fulfil order as large quantity. nobody was answering phone

so made the order as i had a deadline
the next morning i got a email saying they cancelled my order because they couldn't fulfil the quantity (as expected) but my payment has not yet been refunded, trying to call again to speak to someone to see when i can get refund and surprise surprise nobody is answering the phone, customer service is very poor.

The service was excellent but the delivery time was not just took too long and well over what they said it would be

I have placed an order on 18 June 2024 I received a confirmation via email saying EST delivery between 23&28 June 2024. I made contact on 26 via phone and was told my order would arrive on the 28 June 2024. No order delivered unfortunately.
I have tried calling all day Friday Saturday and today there is no one available to answer the phone.
This is very very poor customer service.
I want my order asap as the person who will fitting it will be away for a couple of months. If they are unable to meet the required dead line they should communicate effectively. So unhappy at this time.

Horrible quality and they didn’t do any assembly electrical parts of it, like a childish design and u paid for material,?otherwise you have to do fully assembly yourself

Made it very clear that I had to have the fence by a date, got clear assurances and confirmation that it would be there, then it didn't turn up because they forgot to put it in the van. One week delay I couldn't afford, terrible communication. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they are incompetent.

The product was of excellent quality and cheaper the Charles and ivy stop being ripped off by Charles and ivy. The guy was very friendly and efficient and delivery was quick and on time. Will definitely shop again for my front yard
