Was referred via a new build firm which did concern me but I shouldn’t have worried they have been great especially Aimee.
We pulled out of the new build due to issues around quick exchange and pressure put on our chain nearly caused it to collapse. We then went on to purchase a different property with also turned into a nightmare due to probate which was hidden during the offer stage. Finally third house and we exchanged today. The whole process was made easier by Aimee and believe it or not she and the team managed to have us ready to go on the third house within 5 weeks. Extremely happy. Thank you and the team

We were recommended NFL by the new-build company, and throughout the process it felt as though they were working more for them than for us. Emails and phone calls were often unanswered, and dates for exchange and completion were missed (not entirely the fault of NFL but a combination of both solicitors). It was very difficult to get in touch and actually speak to someone. The work did get done eventually.

I never thought I’d be eager to review a conveyancing firm, but it really is deserved. From the outset they were professional, prompt and transparent in all communications. They actually answer the phone and I was able to speak to my solicitor when I needed to. Prices were really competitive with no hidden charges or surprises on the invoice and more importantly, they said what they were going to do when they said they would. Would recommend time and time again, and will be using them in the future, thanks NF&L for always answering all my questions and placating my worries!
