From my first call with Ali who guided me through the whole process with a friendly professional manner. The whole sale of my property was completed very fast with no delays at all. Communication was excellent and even when Ali was not available I received notification from another adviser. I would not heasitate in recommending Swift Lawyers to anyone.

I recently instructed Aaisha Ajmal of Swift Lawyers in regards to selling my property I required the sale to be concluded urgently due to buying elsewhere and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.

The process was far from straightforward, filled with unexpected twists and challenges,and having to deal with a ex husband was very overwhelming but Aaisha’s expertise and dedication made all the difference she went above and beyond in providing her expertise and assistance .

Haider was my point of contact during the completion stage and must say he done a phenomenal job working on a very tight deadline in particular my redemption figure was due to expire as well as Aisha , Haider made sure my deadline was met and no additional charges were charged he kindly expedited the completion stage to meet my deadline .

Also must say Swift lawyers are very reasonably priced in comparison to other firms and once again the quality of service was phenomenal.

In all the time i have been buying houses i have never used a company who seems to have a very high turn over of staff. On our purchase of my current property swift lawyers changed our contact solicitor no less than 5 times yes 5 times and the final contact we had mr Muhammad Ali Zaheer dealing with our purchase well i have never met somebody in a proffesional position who can not do what the customer wants and is paying for. trying to get documents from him was allmost impossible to speak to him in a polite manner and the same from him. an example was i kept asking for the fixtures and fitting forms to see what was being taken and left at the property. on more than several occasions i asked for paperwork related to the house but for some un known reason he held on to all the paper work untill 4 days before we were moving in.i was asking for all the paperwork and he would reply with youve had it ,knowing full well that i didnt.
I found this purchase extremly stressful and mentally draining, i would never use a solicitor on line again it will have to be face to face and it definitely would not be Swift Lawyers Ltd as there was nothing smooth or swift about this transaction.
