I cannot recommend the NHS Credit Union highly enough. I recently reached out for help consolidating my debts after a very difficult year, and the support I received was exceptional.

Paula, in particular, was outstanding — patient, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. At no point did I feel judged or like a burden. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made a very stressful situation feel manageable.

Thanks to her support, I now have one affordable monthly payment and real peace of mind for the first time in a long while. Dealing with real people who genuinely care makes all the difference.

I’ll never go back to high-street lenders and will continue recommending the credit union to colleagues without hesitation.

Made borrowing money for home renovations so easy. Everyone is so helpful in getting you the best deal. Quick to respond via the app and loan approved really quickly as is the money in your account. I wouldn’t borrow anywhere else.

Always had no issues with the credit union, Nivo can be a pain at times communicating but other than that, always very accessible and great for help when you need it most.

Great experience no hassle

Everyone was so quick to get back to me and very understanding too.

I have been a member for years and for the last 3 weeks I have been unable to speak to someone to withdraw my own money . I cancelled my membership and was told I would get my money in my account right away away and still not in my account 24 hours later . Unhappy that it is so difficult to get ur own savings would not recommend

I have been a member for many years and with the introduction of full online paperwork the processes are much quicker. It’s a great way to save and another option if you wish to borrow as the interest rates are better

I have only been a member for one year and the help I have received has been amazing, I applied for a christmas loan and it was brought to my attention that they could offer me something better in order to save me I was able to consolidate existing loans, credit cards etc and this so close to Christmas has taken such a weight off , cannot thank Natalie enough for her professionalism throughout the whole process and for looking into my situation and showing me that other better long term options were available to me

I would have say they are shocking they give you a loan and it gets took of you wages but when you apply again after paying the first one of they then they decide that you are not eligible for one what is this shit why the hell do they say no when they take it of your wages does not make sense
