I had a very positive experience during my recent loan application. I have completed it through Nivo app, and Natalie was dealing with my loan. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
She kept me updated regularly and ensured that all required documents were processed on time.
I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service.

Iv been with the nhs credit union for 18years . Iv saved woth then and had several loans . Had new loan for a car which is better interest and terms than hp. Easy application and stress free and don’t have to leave the house to apply for it. Would definitely recommend using credit union for savings and loans as comes straight out your month wage which is good because you don’t miss it then

the service was exceptional

I’ve used NHS Credit union for a loan on a few occasions now and it’s always been a relatively straight forward experience. It’s a fairly quick process considering how they assess your loan. From application to once you’ve provided the information they require to receiving the funds is pretty hassle free. Would recommend to all as they have good interest rates and unlike high street banks don’t reserve them for people with exquisite credit files.
