I purchased the monogrammed sock for my boyfriend who is in sales. The monogram was horrible. Looked like it was done by a 2 year old. Wasted 68 dollars for this gift. 😒 They look amazing in there add.

I’ve ordered a few pairs as Christmas gifts. The add on Tic Tok looked great.
I got the first pair today, the monogramming was terrible and not centered at all. The sock itself is a nice quality, but ruined by poor monogramming I’m sad to say. You can not return these so be cautious.
I’ll let you know if the next ones I get are the same. Stand by.☹️

This place has the worst customer service. I hope you know exactly what you want and the correct size otherwise you are stuck with an overpriced item.

I recently wrote a scathing review because a pair of socks I bought my husband got a hole having worn the socks 3 times. I sent a photo and he did receive a replacement pair. It took writing the review and standing a photo to get recognized. The company came through in the end.

Wrong monogram and they wouldn’t refund or redo without a charge.

Only one sock of the pair is monogrammed. Are you kidding me?

DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS.
I tried on a pair of shorts one time. Decided to send them back for a different style. I had to pay for return shipping, which was fine, but then they didn't accept the return, saying a hair on the inside of the shorts was evidence that I had worn them. How are customers supposed to decide whether to keep clothing from an online business without trying them on first? This is a ridiculous policy.

Fraudulent return service- they claim you've worn clothes you haven't!

Read the fine print. Their 100% Game Changer Guarantee strictly limits you to opening a single pair of whatever you get. Oops on my part. When asked if they could accommodate in any way for an exchange for another product, they condescendingly pointed me toward their refund policy without bothering to mention that I was still eligible for a refund on a single pair. If you're going to buy highly overpriced apparel, skip this place and go somewhere that at least values you as a customer.

Excellent product and speedy delivery. I ordered monogrammed socks for my son for work. They were high quality and came beautifully packaged. The monogram was very well done. Great gift!
