Ich bin leider weder mit dem Produkt noch mit dem Kundenservice zufrieden. Ich hatte den Lightweight Sunscreen bestellt, allerdings lag die Creme bei mir ein paar Monate rum, bevor ich sie das erste Mal ausprobiert habe. Sie wurde in dieser Zeit aber sachgerecht gelagert und natürlich auch nicht geöffnet. Trotzdem war sie, so vermute ich, schlecht, als ich sie dann letztendlich geöffnet habe. Sie hat extrem aggressiv nach Chemie gerochen und auf der Haut gebrannt. da kein Haltbarkeitsdatum auf der Creme angegeben ist und ich sie wie erwähnt, auch sachgerecht gelagert habe, bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um einen Mangel an der Creme handelt oder dass mir aus Versehen eine bereits geöffnete (zum Beispiel aus einer Retoure) zugeschickt wurde und ich hab mich an den Kundenservice gewendet. Dort wurden aber leider nur ein paar Paragraphen aus dem BGB herumgedreht, von Gewährleistung oder Beweislastumkehr hat man noch nie etwas gehört. Ich habe auch betont, dass ich nicht unbedingt mein Geld zurück möchte, aber einfach eine neue Creme, denn es kann nicht sein, dass ein angeblich neues Produkt nach ein paar Monaten ungeöffnet schlecht wird. Der Kundenservice hat sich hier aber absolut quer gestellt und ist mir null entgegen gekommen. Ich habe weder mein Geld zurück noch eine neue Creme bekommen. nochmal werde ich also nicht bestellen

Some of their products are really great and price/value killers. They are eager to help and very kind. If you order in a Sale Period, you have to wait a while on your order since it not a huge company but you then have an even higher Price/Value Ratio.

I love the prodcuts since day 1! After multiple great deliveries I received an damaged package. When I reached out to them a very kind customer service girl wrote me a very lovely E-Mail and a missing product was send on its way right away. I couldnt be happier with my customer service experience. I will stay a loyal and Happy Niche beauty Labby ^-^.

I had a small issue with my order losing traceability, but the Niche Beauty Lab customer service team — especially Adriana — handled everything beautifully. She was kind, fast to respond, and proactively offered to resend the package to avoid further delays. The communication was friendly and clear, and the whole experience felt personal and professional.

It’s rare these days to come across such genuinely helpful support. I felt well taken care of, and I’ll definitely continue shopping here. Highly recommended!

Serum bestellt und bezahlt. Nach 2 Wochen den Support angeschrieben: angebliche Lieferschwierigkeiten, Paket kommt bald.

Dann nach fast 4 Wochen nochmal angeschrieben. Jetzt hieß es, das Paket sei verschickt worden (keine Senundgsverfolgung oder Versandbestätigung per Mail geschickt), aber DHL habe es verloren und sie müssen für eine Rückerstattung das Paket als verloren deklarieren. Dies müsste seitens DHL passieren, vorher ginge das nicht.

Nie wieder diesen Shop! Keine Kulanz, schlechte Kommunikation, grenzt an Betrug und Abzocke!

Everything is always great! Orders always arrive within a few days, customer service responded to my inquiry about a product within 16 hours and I personally think the products (and prices) are very good.
I don't understand the negative comments.

Quinta vez que compro productos de esta marca. Me he vuelto fan: nada de esencias, olores, ingredientes básicos y sencillos pero efectivos y precio excelente. Buen packaging. Lo que sí echo a faltar es que nunca envían muestras de nada, lo cual es muy útil antes de decidir comprar productos nuevos.

I have only good experience with this brand & their eshop. Products are always packed well, arrive on time & without any problems. I had to return product once & the customer service was really helpful. I always get response only few minutes after writing there. Highly recommending💖

fiz uma encomenda há 1 mês e a empresa de distribuição perdeu a minha encomenda, depois de entrar em contacto com o apoio ao cliente enviaram novamente mas há mais de 10 dias que não tenho notícias da minha encomenda, o mínimo seria a devolução do valor da encomenda
