Stilling waiting for my order 7 months later. Keeps giving me excuse that it’ll ship next week, then a month goes by…

I had a disappointing experience with Nichi Customs, and there are four main issues.

1. Pricing: I paid $80 USD for a figure that wasn't worth it. Other sellers offer comparable figures for $30-50 USD with better quality and value.

2. Quality: The print quality was sloppy and inconsistent. The LEGO parts were used, scratched, and nicked, and pieces were missing. That's disappointing at any price, but especially at this one, after such a long wait.

3. Shipping times: It took 4-6 months for my order to be shipped and delivered, and the product arrived faulty. I was promised a replacement, but it has been almost a year since my original order and I still have nothing.

4. Broken promises: I was repeatedly told my order would be dropped off at the post office "soon," "tomorrow," or "by the end of the week," and it never happened, no matter how much I followed up. I was also sent tracking details that didn't match my order. When my damaged order finally arrived, the tracking number I'd been given still showed it as awaiting receipt from the seller.

For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend buying from Nichi Customs. Other sellers produce similar products at a higher quality, for less money, with reliable shipping times.

will take a year + to ship out packages and create fake USPS labels to shut down customers for a while until they lose patience. I would not recommend doing business with Nichi Customs

Absolutely terrible shipping times I do not recommend at all. 12 months for LEGO parts that are already made and constant excuses. I would not recommend.
