Bartosz went above and beyond

Bartosz went above and beyond. I fell foul of Evri and delivering to a business address (which I will never do again) so my item was returned. Being a Christmas present for my son, we were tight for time and Bartosz pulled it out the bag. Switching to a different courier he solved the issue brilliantly. I am very grateful for his help. The product matched his service, it is absolutely brilliant! Thank you.

Ordered a wooden catapult

Ordered a wooden catapult. It is absolutely beautiful. So well crafted. It arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication and quick to respond. Unfortunatley the courier lost my order but NikoCrafting ha dled it very efficiently and communicated with me throughout. Very proffesional.

Beautiful and unique gift

I purchased a personalised slingshot with felted balls for my son for Christmas. It arrived super quickly and is beautifully made. A traditional slingshot to satisfy his request, and happy, brightly coloured balls to make it feel childish and special. Can't wait for him to open it. Thank you!

Bought a sword and a shield for my son for his birthday. The quality is excellent and my son has had lots of fun since, the shipping was also quick. 😊
