I came on here to see whether the site is genuine. I have been waiting over four weeks for a refund. The products were returned promptly, within Australia. I wrote to customer service nearly three weeks ago and was assured my return was received, and told that it would be processed shortly. Since then customer service has not replied to my follow-up request. Very disappointing service.

I bought 2 pairs of motion flares a few years ago and thrashed them, just fitted perfectly and washed up so well. I decided to buy more and just received 2 more pairs and they are even better than my first lot! The fabric is so silky soft. So I have now purchased 3 more pairs!! I wear these as part of my work uniform at a Sports Centre, wear them to work out in and excellent for travelling.

Nimble’s customer service always exceeds my expectations. I recently needed to exchange an item and the customer service team responded to my inquiries so promptly and were extremely friendly. Delivery super fast and the quality of every item I’ve purchased is like no other. Will always be a loyal customer!

The products were good quality, but 2/3 things I've bought from them didn't fit my body type. I've left reviews (3 and 4 star) stating exactly that, but they don't show up on the website. As seems to be happening on a lot of clothing sites now, they may be removing some reviews to keep the average above 4 stars.

Caroline was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me!

Dealing with customer service team was such a refreshing experience. the team were kind, helpful and genuinely focused on finding a solution. It was really nice to talk to a real person who took the time to work through the issue with me.

Great customer service when I emailed to ask about the right size for me. I sent my measurements, and Caroline's response was really warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I had a couple of other questions, she emailed me back promptly then too. This was the kind of real, human customer service I always hope for. Five stars, Nimble!

The staff in store and support staff have been very helpful with returns and clothing recommendations. They also helped me ensure I picked the right sizing.

Had to exchange a product for a smaller size that was out of stock. Timely responses and clear instructions. Will be recommending this brand.

If I could put no stars I would
I spent $100 on a runsie and needed the next size up
They informed me that the item was a sale price at $100and no I couldn’t swap to next size up
$100 down the drain!
I will never buy from again or recommend to anyone!

I’ve been buying Nimble Activewear for five years now, I adore their products. But behind their products is a fantastic customer service team. I’ve often dealt with Caroline, whether it be for specific sizing queries, or shipping tweaks etc. her help is always so friendly, detailed and prompt! She’s a star! Fantastic customer service and long lasting products, keep me coming back for more 😊

Have been a long-time purchaser of Nimble’s products for their high-quality, style and comfort but I recently had an issue with one of my orders and they were super responsive and helpful with it!

At the time of making my first on-line purchase I forgot to enter my discount code I had received so I contacted Nimble to advise. They replied promptly kindly advising they had refunded the discount straight away onto my credit card. Courteous, helpful and five star service!

Excellent customer service, rep replied to my questions very promptly and helped resolved my issue

I made an inquiry, they were very helpful, it was answered and it was resolved quickly.

Nimble Activewear is the most comfortable clothing I have ever worn.

My friend gave me a pair to borrow and I just loved them so much I had to get a pair for myself. I highly recommend this brand.

The support team were also so kind and swift to respond when I needed help in regard to my purchase.

I returned an item for exchange, and there was a small issue processing the return. The Nimble staff were on to it straight away however, and I cannot fault their efficient, polite and friendly correspondence. The Nimble team went out of their way to ensure my issue was dealt with promptly and respectfully. In addition, I am so impressed with their beautiful, high quality pieces, one of which I bought a few years ago and is still on high rotation. Thank you Nimble, you are doing yourselves proud 🙌

Absolutely love the travel pant, bomber and on the move set I ordered. The quality of all the clothing is outstanding! I travelled with a toddler for over 23 hours in the travel pant, it was so comfortable, it didn’t crease and I could wipe off any food marks. My order arrived in NZ the next day after ordering it. Fantastic customer service.

If only all purchasing experiences could be backed up with the quality of service provided by Nimble. So refreshing, coupled with quality products, you couldn’t ask for more.
