The 'remove this account' option is no longer available. Both require contacting customer support. This is a predatory dark pattern designed to trap users into continued billing.

this review is not about the product, but about the support quality. the screenshot tool didn't work as expected for me, therefore i asked for refund immediately after purchasing pro annual plan. it was 20 days ago. support is HORRIBLE - rude, ignoring. they pop-up and then disappear until you poke them again and then cycle repeats. i still didn't get my money back. i plan to write this review on every platform possible and multiple times until i get my money back

Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Ich habe hier ein Therapietuch bestellt. Da wir doch keine Möglichkeit fanden es ordentlich zu befestigen wollte ich es zurÌck schicken. Erst auf die zweite Mail wurde geantwortet. Dann wurde mir mehrmals ein Nachlass angeboten. Ich habe immerwieder erwÀhnt das ich es nicht behalten möchte und es zurÌckgeben will. Mir wurde dann eine Adresse Ìber 5 Zeilen in China geschickt. Daraufhin habe ich mich beschwert. Zumindest ich habe auf der Seite nicht finden können das ein RÌckversand so schlecht ist. Nachdem ich noch 3 !!!! Mails geschrieben habe, habe ich wieder keine Antwort bekommen. ACHTUNG! Kundenservice ist hier quasi nicht existent. Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte wÌrde ich es tun.

As an early user of Nimbus, I am quite astonished to read some of these reviews. The app has evolved a lot since its inception, and it was already usable from the start. When I reached out to the team they answered and guided me with the basic setup, and they never had rude attitudes or acted unprofessionally.
The new Fusebase is even better: improved UI, AI has been integrated, and finally the client portals are amazing for providing a service.
To me it's a winner, even if you just want to use it for note-taking. So far it's a completely new and more powerful app that I hope will keep on delivering!

I have been emailing with your FuseBase Web Platform Team since APRIL regarding a refund for an unauthorized billing for services that we are not using. I was told that I would be refunded for this, and now it's FIVE months later and I have yet to receive my refund or any updates. I have been told by team members to contact others who are responsible for the payment. I have sent them emails repeatedly, I have also been told by customer service that they have forwarded my concerns to this person and I have yet to even be acknowledged. Absolutely abhorrent treatment of their customers. Do not get scammed by them. Now, months after my review has been posted, they are trying and attempting to remove the review.

That's how I got here and its been going down hill with every progression.
I would be a happy customer for life if it JUST WORKED.
But it does not.
And in 2022, things started getting bad and confusing.
Then in 2024 almost all functionality with it dropped off in my instance when google labeled the plugin harmful when used with chrome.
Silence from the support team.
You could not even get the Live Chat to work as it was always busy.
Support to emails were "Oh that's not us anymore" when trying to find out what was going on.
I am willing to deal with a lot of stuff but even being told that buying Nimbus pro will allow me to have my livestart subscription, but that was incorrect.
If you are a company, you might be okay.

The only feature I ever used was the screen capture tool and that broke in 2024 completely under ChromeOS.
Then they had 2 versions of it in 2023 I think.

Faulty Software and Unresponsive Company
I purchased an Annual Capture Pro subscription from January 2022 to July 2024 for $49 per year and a $249 Lifetime Pro license on July 5, 2020, for project management and data collection. However, I faced significant challenges transitioning from the annual to the lifetime license, as I couldnât access Pro features, and technical support has frequently been unresponsive to this issue since December 2024.
On July 8, I recorded a 2.5-hour client session using the Chrome extension on Brave Browser, but it froze on the "Processing Video" page. Support suggested using Chrome only, which I followed. A similar issue occurred on October 31, and after multiple follow-ups, no further contact or solution was found by December 1, 2024.
Iâm disappointed with the software's performance and inadequate support, especially after spending over $200. I formally request a full refund of my Lifetime Pro license because the software failed to perform its primary function and did not respond to my inquiries. After repeatedly being ghosted by the company despite asking for information on requesting a full refund, I hope making a more public appeal will elicit a response.

Inzwischen kann man seine Notizen nicht mehr alle auf einmal exportieren sondern nur noch einzeln.
Damit soll wohl der Wechsel zu einem anderen Anbieter verhindert werden - unseriös.
Ich habe nun hunderte Notizen manuell zu Apple Notizen ÃŒbertragen und bin sehr positiv ÃŒberrascht.
Notizen hat alle Funktionen die brauche, ist sehr schnell, hat eine gute Suchfunktion und funktioniert zuverlÀssig - und ist kostenlos.

I have long considered using FuseBase. I love another well-known app. When they renamed NibusNote to FuseBase and created the option to build my own portal, I didn't hesitate to invest the money. I work as a coach and consultant and need to share coaching techniques, client documents, online course material, financials, etc. with my team. Even my wife (also a coach) loved FuseBase because she is familiar with our portal and doesn't have to learn the whole app. On the other hand, what still needs work is working with the database. Although you can create tables, if the table is larger, it is almost impossible to work with it effectively.

Many companies use dark pattern techniques to make it difficult for users to find how to delete their accounts. This company is one of them. Once an account is created, it cannot be deleted.

Als ich Nimbus kontaktierte, wurde mir angeboten, anstelle einer RÃŒckzahlung das Abo auf ein weiteres Jahr auszudehnen (die nÀchste Zahlung wÀre also erst im Dezember 2024 fÀllig gewesen). Trotz dieser Aussage, die ich auch schriftlich von Nimbus habe, wurde im Dezember 2023 erneut der Jahresbeitrag und zwar erneut fÃŒr zwei User abgebucht (144$!). Als ich Nimbus erneut kontaktierte, wurde die HÀlfte des Betrags zurÃŒckerstattet, jedoch wÀre in diesem Jahr ja ÃŒberhaupt keine Zahlung fÀllig gewesen, es hÀtte also der volle Betrag zurÃŒckerstattet werden mÃŒssen. Seit dem 02. Dezember bin ich nun in regelmÀÃigem e-Mail Kontakt mit Nimbus und bekomme immer die gleichen fadenscheinigen Ausreden: "Wir hatten gerade ein Problem mit unserem Buchungssystem, aber jetzt können wir die RÃŒckzahlung einleiten", "Ich hab die RÃŒckzahlung schon beantragt, ich weià auch nicht warum sie noch nicht erfolgt ist",... - es ist jetzt Mitte MÀrz und ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld, regelmÀÃig schreibe ich Mails an Nimbus und erhalte entweder gar keine Antwort oder wieder nur eine vage Aussage von "Wir kÃŒmmern uns jetzt drum" und dann passiert nichts. FÃŒr mich ist es inzwischen kein blöder Fehler mehr, der jedem mal passieren kann, sondern schlichtweg Betrug.

I'm quickly finding awful sync problems between devices. Changes I make on one device (eg Laptop) should show up quickly on another device (eg. iPad or iPhone) but no. Sometimes it takes hours or overnight for the sync to happen. When its happy the sync happens instantly in real time. But on too many occasions, the sync doesn't work. Move a note to a different folder and it may never show up in the folder on another device. Great features, but this is a deal killer.
