I ordered one jumper and paid £34.99 and I paid for 2 (£68.98)
Nothing arrived after 2 weeks and no reply to 3 emails .
It’s a scam !!

Order placed in March still not received. Says my parcel is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Customer service email address is invalid.

Jacke für den Geburtstag meiner Tochter bestellt. Wartezeit bis zum Eintreffen des Pakets rund zwei Monate und damit lange nach dem Geburtstag. Nina-Nicole ist keine junge Dame aus Bayern sondern ein Vertrieb aus China. Und übrigens: die Jacke ist ramschige Plastikware die nach nix aussieht.

Order a jumper, never received it, I've try to contact them a few times, not received anything from them.

Die Ware ist sehr niedriger Qualität. Rücksendung nach China. Passt Leute auf.

I would give this zero if I could. SCAM!!! I bought some floral high waisted jeans… I received some polyester flimsy trousers with naff stitching. Sooooo bad.

Je commande, accusé de réflexion puis rien pendant env. 2 semaines. Ils donnent le moyen de vérifier l'avancée de la commande: rien ne s'y passe. Je leur écrit deux fois: des réponses style nous nous en occupons, ayez de la patience. Encore deux semainesou plus qui passent. Et aujourd'hui je reçois une publicité tout ménage pour commander (des tas de choses, en premier ce que j'ai commandé).
Pas sérieux, je me pose même d'autres questions.

0 Sterne, reine Abzocke. Vorne hui und heile Welt, aber Ware ist minderwertig, falsch beschrieben und eigentlich nur ein überteuerter Fetzen Stoff. Alle anderen Bewerten kann ich nur beipflichten.

Terrible- purchased one jumper. It was nothing like the one advertised. I have been trying, for over a month, to get a refund. They have not answered a single message. I am raising a complaint with Consumer line. Do not waist your time or money on this company!

0 Sterne – Fake-Shop / Betrug – Finger weg!
Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Die Produkte sind absolut nicht wie abgebildet – weder vom Schnitt noch von der Größe. Der Schnitt ist komplett anders als auf den Bildern und die Größenangaben stimmen überhaupt nicht.
Und die Qualität ist nicht nur „billig“ – der Stoff ist extrem billig, dünn und fühlt sich an wie der typische China-Schrott.
Geliefert wurde es außerdem in der bekannten silbernen China-Tüte, also ganz klar: Ware direkt aus China, obwohl der Shop das nicht transparent macht.
Rücksendung ist dann der nächste Betrug: Man muss alles auf eigene Kosten nach China schicken und der Rückversand ist teurer als das Produkt selbst. Und eine Rückerstattung wird entweder verweigert oder extrem erschwert.
Für mich ist das eine klare Betrügerseite.

Livrison ne correspondant pas à l'article commandé (taille unique, difforme, tissu de très mauvaise qualité, couleurs et motifs ne ressemblant pas...) et il est impossible de faire un retour.

I ordered a top that took weeks to arrive. I had to raise an issue with PayPal as I was getting nothing back from the company when I contacted them directly to chase a delivery date. When it did eventually turn up, it was VERY cheap and nasty material - The top was £34.95. Thankfully it arrived in an envelope that had a UK returns address, because when I did contact them to ask them how to return it, they wanted me to pay for the postage of its return to CHINA!!!!!! The email they sent to me and the return form was all written in GERMAN!!!! So I returned the item to the UK address and paid for proof of postage with Royal Mail. Once I could see on the Royal Mail tracking app that they’d received it, I contacted them to ask them when I should expect my refund. From there on in, absolutely nothing in response from the company. This went on for weeks. I eventually raised another concern with PayPal, and thankfully I’ve now received a full refund. I shop online regularly and Nina Nicole are absolutely the worst retailer I’ve ever come across. Thank God for PayPal!

Üble Erfahrung, ein Drecksladen, wie er im Lehrbuch steht - bestätigen ja auch alle anderen Käufer. Völlig unverschämt überteuert, Versand dauert ewig, Qualität beschissen, billigster Chinaschrott! Angeblich Rücksendung auch noch extrem teuer, dann zudem keine Rückerstattung, wie in vielen Beiträgen zu lesen ist. Insgesamt also hochgradig unseriös. So einfach. Schade, dass man hier nicht mit 0 Sternen, was einzig zutreffend wäre, bewerten kann.

Les produits présentés en photo paraissent sympa mais la qualité est totalement déplorable, les dimensions ne correspondent pas , les finitions sont d'un grand amateurisme. J'ai jeté les habits commandés pour m'éviter d'autres soucis. Clairement cette entreprise fait appel à des amateurs pour la production des vêtements.
A fuir si vous ne souhaitez pas jeter votre argent par les fenêtres

Absolutely do not buy from this website. If I could give 0 stars I would. Like other reviews - boots were cheap and nasty. Not worth the £40+ - smelt of the worst plastic and badly made. Despite saying the company is Dutch based and referencing a UK address - that was an 'intermediary for order purposes'. Buyers are responsible for postage costs to China! DO NOT USE THIS SELLER

Worse company ever, definitely a scam. They are called ‘London’ but really they are in China. I have asked twice for a refund and they asked me to print a form, complete manually and scan back! But on the form they asked me to write all my details, including phone number and IBAN??? What about personal data information protection??? And send back to China covering the cost!
Not a chance. Don’t buy - save yourself money! My jumper came so tiny / it was XS and supposed to be ‘L’. Never again! SCAM!!!

Ich bin von meinem Kauf sehr enttäuscht. Der Pullover, der eigentlich mehr wie ein Shirt wirkt, erfüllt in keiner Weise meine Erwartungen. Stattdessen handelt es sich offensichtlich um minderwertige Ware, die aus China stammt, und ich finde den Preis dafür völlig überzogen. Ich hatte mir, gemäß der Beschreibung, einen weichen und kuscheligen Wollpullover erhofft, doch das Produkt entspricht überhaupt nicht dieser Vorstellung.

Die Rücksendung stellt ein weiteres Problem dar, da die Versandkosten dafür stolze 28,00 € betragen. Das empfinde ich als überzogen und unverständlich. Aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrung sehe ich keinen Grund, in Zukunft erneut bei diesem Anbieter einzukaufen. Ich kann das Produkt und den Service absolut nicht empfehlen.

Ein Stern ist noch zu wenig für die miserable Qualität der Ware und dem extrem schlechten Service. Erreichen kann man keinen und es werden Mails einfach ignoriert und nicht beantwortet.
In einfachen Worten: Absolut unterirdisch und keine Kaufempfehlung. Leute, haltet Abstand von dieser Webseite.
