Hi Leyton,

Thank you for your order and we appreciate your feedback. You're right that your email went unanswered. We've since found it sitting in our spam folder, and we're sorry it slipped through, as that's not the experience we want anyone to have.

With the wide range of products we offer we can’t always keep everything in stock, which is why we specify 6 business days despatch on the product you had ordered, with it being shipped on a next day service. It looks like you have now received your order in 5 days since placing the order, so we are pleased we have managed to keep to our timescale on the product.

I’m sorry the turnaround felt too long. We’re currently working within a 3–4 week lead time, with all clubs assembled in-house to order. It allows us to control the build quality right down to the smallest detail, but it can take a little longer than expected.

On the shaft, we offer a different no-upcharge option to Titleist’s standard stock, which won’t always suit every player. That’s where the wider range of custom options comes in, but I appreciate that may not have been clear at the point of ordering.

If you’d like to revisit the setup or talk through alternatives, our PGA-trained team is always here to help.
