Didn't receive my order or a refund. It's been almost 2 months since I placed the order.

Great communication, product is as ordered and delivered in a timely manner.

On time as promised my electric toothbrush with brush refills still has me gurgling with delight.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago for a patient of mine for some cards. After 3 weeks nothing had been shipped. I contacted nine lives to request a cancelation and refund. Three emails later I have no refund. It's very clear they are just dropshippers getting garbage from China but there prices are 4xs what I found the same cards for at a local store.

Other than a long delay for shipping, it was very smooth.

Delivery faster and it is the product which I was looking for

It was very difficult to find the product that we wanted and were pleased when we found out that NineLife ws able to meet our need. During the purchase we were kept well informed and the product was exactly as advertised. We were very pleased with our interaction. Thank you.

There was an issue with shipping and someone called me to straighten out my address I had made a mistake on. Also quickly responded to me personally in English when I accidentally chose French.

Good experience product delivered, tracking available

I'm very happy that they ship within Canada now. Orders arrive faster. I have a low salt problem and there's nothing that I have found that provides me with the salt intake levels I need. Now I have Nine Life that takes care of that simply

The customer care people were just great!

This company is a joke. I waited for about a month and still no product. when I inquired, they said it wasn't available back ordered then offered alternate product which I declined. Then when I asked for a refund suddenly the original product is available by the time I receive the product. It'll be too late to apply. I feel like this website is just one big scam.

Good shipping with lots of tracking info. Good product info. Now waiting to see my crab grass turn brown!

Delivery was good and I am happy with the product itself.

The product was what I expected based on the description, it did take a while to arrive to me however.

Delivery was made on time as promised. The products were wrapped properly and protected from damages. The items matched my order.
I received continuous updates on the tracking of my order, thank you.
Most importantly, it is a product I truly needed and believe in and did not have to return to Alaska to purchase it! That’s where I was originally introduced to the Suave. I made my first purchase in Alaska on a cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line. As the universe will extend our connections, I gave my first purchase to a passenger on another NCL Cruise all the way in Italy. The young man was from Sweden. I am from Niagara on the Lake in Canada. Yes, I am recommending your very special suave! Thank you.
