ITS A 100% SCAM THEY NEVER DELIVER AND DONT REFUND

Have used the product for 2 weeks, and my blood pressure has noticeably lowered. The gummies taste good and are easy to swallow.

User Friendly ordering website. Excellent product that normally is difficult or impossible to order on other websites due to their policy not to ship Internationally.

My experience with Ninelife is very positive. They have an exceptional good support department. I asked many times for additional information and the response was very fast, very professional and very service minded.

Easy to order and get the money out of your pocket. Then, no news for a couple of weeks before I started chasing them. No answer, and the access to the website (and is still) denied with my legit credentials. Also the phone number (+661800013619) does not exist. Finally got some kind of answer, telling me that the product I ordered was not available and proposed 1/ a completely different product in replacement (sorry, not interested) or ... 2/ a 20% voucher! So basically they keep the money kiss your a.. good bye. Do I need to recommend to avoid this scam? What a world we are living in ...
Edit: over 1 month later, and after much efforts, e-mails and time spent, I finally got a refund for which I am grateful. So I have to take back my statement of Ninelife Thailand being a scam. It is not. Then I checked again the phone number on the website for Thailand. Still same: "number does not exist". Also same with me trying to access my account: no way to access and still no way to reset password. So, all this for that! I guess a lot of room for improvement, especially on the front of communication with the customers.

if you have a question they reply and very fast. there was s delay with my orders but ninelife was very helpfull

Difficult to tracking

You really need to reveal up front where and who you are. There is no information on your site that the goods you represent have to be procured from locations outside Thailand.

Easy to order - got a product I couldn't find on other plarforms. Not the quickest deliver, but I think it was problem customs that slowed it down.

I didn’t understand that the cane was not made in Thailand and needed to be imported. If I knew it would take so long I would not have ordered it.

I thought I was ordering from a store in Bangkok but my product was shipped from the US and I had to pay customs. I would have waited until I was in the US to avoid the customs tax had I know.
